As the rule says, it can't be bigger than 55x55...Yes, it can be smaller

Thanks :) I know that my question seems to have been stupid, but I've already been through similar Newspaper Contests in which small things like that disqualified me, so I prefer not to take risks.

^ Don't edit your post to make it look like I missed it the first time. Read rule #3. I get it if you use a camera or a monitor once, but if you use more than a handful that are not in the library, your map will be marked down for it. The idea is to get you to use the resources I specifically told you to use.

Vikingsrall doing what he loves :) Making maps, and writing articles. Good work bro.

Thanks man. B)

can we make a map with crash and future map parts

Rule #3 states that you are only to use the props in the given library folder. Using external props is not advised.

what is the last date of contest??

22:00 (UTC-0) on the 16th. A little over a week from now.

what means 55x55 ?  55 grid lines from AE  ?

A single 1x1 tile equals One space. The map can't be bigger than 55 spaces in either direction.

It's very simple. Just download the TTT over in the first page (if you haven't yet, though I gather you have). Then, enter AlternativeEditor (if you don't have it, you can download it on the first page too), and up top there's a menu "Library". Click "Load Library" inside it, and then go into the root folder of the TTT you downloaded. I assure you, a folder named "library" exists inside the root folder. I already had TTT before the Contest, and I downloaded it again in order to obtain the special trimmed library, and it worked perfectly. Once you find the needed folder - just click it once to select it, and click "Select Folder" near the Cancel button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

No there is not, however, this prop library is not meant to extend very high up.

There is a folder within the TTT called "library"

eee my props were different and look cooler

this prop library doesn't;t have stuff for undergrounds

What would happen if two people accidentally made their maps using the same name and concept, but don't know it? would you choose the better one or disqualify both entries?

This is not something you should worry about. Its not likely that its a coincidence when maps look alike. There are ways of distinguishing authors. Such instances would be dealt with accordingly.

Clearly you mustn't have tested Kursk.

Up to you. I've made it clear.

Read rule #3. I get it if you use a camera or a monitor once, but if you use more than a handful that are not in the library, your map will be marked down for it. The idea is to get you to use the resources I specifically told you to use.
