How many of you out there that have been playing tanki for more than two years? don't you ever miss the old graphics? I do. to the tanki online team could you guys think about adding a feature to choose between the new graphics and the old graphics.

The first original graphics were awesome. They only down side was that it was hard to tell what M the hull was. 

 

The first graphics were cool but sadly will never come back. Why go backwards when you can go forwards. 

 

The new graphics for Unity should look good, I hope.

How can anyone think the old blocky graphics are better? Adding options to use old graphics is not possible without a massive amount of programming and even then it may not be possible.

You are one of these modern kids old skool gamers always talk about: ''they only care about graphics''.

Tanki isn't about the graphics , it's about the gameplay.

And this why we can play it in a browser instead of having to down load a client. I don't think the graphics are that bad.

Old graphics were found to cause eye strain and general negative impact on the overall image of the battle. The tank models may have been better and perhaps more realistic, but still there is no way old graphics will be brought back, as the majority of current players (those, who joined after 2012) would dislike the option for old graphics. I'm not sure if there are some hidden technical reasons why this can't be added, but it was definitely said before that this will never happen.
