I'm kinda curious - from a consumer protection pov - as to what exactly it is that you sell.

It's not goods, or property - they can be carried away and kept.

In England we had a situation where employers were paying their workers in tokens, redeemable at the company shop for shoddy, overpriced goods. The practise was outlawed by the Truck Acts.

It's not currency. Currency is transferable and redeemable.

Casinos use tokens in their games, but those tokens are redeemable for cash.

If the thing you're selling has no substance, no property rights and no value, then how are you able to lawfully sell it?

You are partially right. It is given real money for crystals, in a market economy it is called purchase of services

Wow, I thought that this was a contest when I read the title but my jaws dropped when I read the main post.

Anyways, this is good for those who are gonna buy, not for me since I can't :)

buyers are noobs..they cant fight and EARN there own equipment !

There are many valid reasons why someone does not want to buy crystals in TO.

Non-buyers had and will always have my respect.

Would be nice if the favour was returned.

Plenty of buyers who can fight.

Getting skills is unrelated to buying or non-buying crystals:

spending (plenty of) time playing is.

And no buyers at all: no Tanki at all.

Wow tanki you are getting desperate! Si I figure the whole point of this is to get those already playing to open a new account and then buy crystals straight away! The problem is, is that those players with multiple accounts already hate the new daily mission update as they spend all there time switching around and you want them to open another account!!?. Get serious if you guys are hurting income wise its all your own fault. Get rid of daily missions get rid of kits and make people earn their turret and hull upgrade instead of rewarding the rich with no skill. THIS IS A REALITY CHECK TANKI..............LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMERS

I think TO has pushed the self-destruct button by accident too many times now.

I really like TO, but the fact that they're more inclined towards the buyers at the moment is really changing things.

They've destroyed some of the balance in the game in the attempt to balance it. Not to mention some issues haven't been fixed, like Shaft's unpredictable and endless rotation or pointing up or down in scope mode has still not been fixed since the time mouse controls were introduced.

Anti-cheat system still has quite a way to go and the good players are concerned about their work disappearing once the new TO comes out.

The new rewards system was probably a way to attract more people back to play the game, it looks like, but it's made things worse by hurting their economy, and I doubt the rewards will go back to their old state as well. Their "experiment" on seeing whether the current system would benefit more is more of a permanent update, I must say.

Basically, TO is playing a game of chess where they seem to be deliberately losing.

I love playing TO, although I've stopped playing too often recently, but I don't like the fact that they're messing around with us now. If they can just be a little honest about the situation, that would help us understand better.
