(1) Buyers have already bought, and get no bonus 20K.

      So buyers are annoyed.

 

(2) Non buyers .... don't buy .... so they don't care.

      Or are also annoyed.

 

(3) Some might try a first purchase, but they can't make payment.

      Guess what: they are annoyed.....

 

Conclusion:

Update epic fail :(

 

Suggestion:

Concentrate on the chronic hacking and multing problems instead.

 

Because they are .... wait for it .... ANNOYING ....

 

I literally cannot find a battle without hackers at my rank -_-

and there are no Mods to be found when battles are being hacked.

I am a non- buyer i dont see the point of using REAL money to buy FAKE money. If tanki relies on crystal purchases to make them money then no wonder they are going bankrupt. And plus nobody wants to take the chances of buying crystals when they dont know if it will be possible to transfer accounts to different game engines in unity. I think this new version of tanki is just gonna be a bust like tanki online 2.0 was. They are spending too much time on the new tanki and not focusing enough on the current version of tanki. i say make this 20k deal bigger and not just for people who havent bought before. And before they try making us deals on crystals they should at least give us information that they have been holding back on the new tanki. I really hope tanki reads this message or somebody forwards it to tanki because tanki needs some help digging themselves out of this rut they dug for themselves. THANKYOU.

I do not understand why TO is doing this change.

 

TO changed crystal purchases at the end of July and those were a VERY good deal for US buyers.

 

They were offering 438,000 crystals for $69.99 (US). It was a good deal. They said it was for currency exchange rates.

I bought crystals the next time I got a double pass.

 

Now, TO says that was way too much and changed to ONLY 200,000 crystals for $69.99 (US). That is quite a reduction after only 10 days.

 

And an offer of 20,000 crystals for first time buyers does not really make a difference in a buying decision.

 

If they did not buy crystals when the price was much better, why would they now for a measly 20,000 crystals.

 

I do not think I will EVER buy crystals again, it seems like no one is even considering the ramification of changes like these on the overall players.

 

I understand that if there were NO buyers, there would be NO free Tanki for anyone. Which is why I do not understand the problem some people have with buyers.

 

If you never bought crystals then congratulations, you have had a fun and free time playing a good game.

 

Bring back the better deal and maybe Tanki will get more buyers.

Yup. I can't remember when, but I tried to buy the lowest amount possible with SMS to get that 1000k + double crystal card.

I tried 3 times, nothing happened.

I tried to buy CAD 4.00 for 6000 crystals yesterday. You know what ? I was charged USD 4.29 !!! The currency exchange rate is approximately USD 1.0 = CAD 1.3 but I have to pay USD 4.29 for CAD 4.00. The 20000 free crystals for first-time purchase is a one-time offer for only new buyers; the unfair exchange rate is forever. :angry:
