Just in case you didn't do so yet (not saying you didn't), when did you purchase your crystals?  Did you convert your time to Coordinated Universal Time?  If you did all that...then your response was rightfully indignant I guess...what happened Tanki?

As another sidelight, when I purchase ¢rystals, I do so with a prepaid card.  To use a small bit of it for a minimum purchase one one of my "never bought" accounts will mean that I no longer have the full amount for a maximum purchase on this account, ending in a net loss of about 80,000 ¢ry.

The 20000 crystals bonus has be added to my nephew's account a few hours after the purchasing. I believe there is some kind of lagging in the system or they forgot to update it at the beginning of this special offer.

It looks more like a exit strategy to me. One last push to milk this herd before we dump this game and move on to the new game.

What a poor shot at trying to rake in some extra cash, Tanki.

 

You want me to spend money again? Improve the game.

You want others to spend money again? Improve the game.

You want new players to spend money? Improve the game.

You want the community to grow instead of shrink? Improve the game.

 

By "Improve the game," I mean actually improve it. Don't come up with another turret or anything like that. Improve what you already have. Develop a more efficient and easier voting system for mult control. Standard battle funds need a boost, as "non-buyers" earn way too little from them. Improve the anti-cheat software so that Railgun and Smoky can knock off enemies' aim again. And most of all, give your word that current players will be able to transfer their garages to the upcoming Unity Version of the game. Anyone who spends money when this decision is not yet made is very short-sighted.

Why am I saying that? Simple - when AlternativaPlatform company pay the sales tax or income tax to a goverment, how they present crystals, but as a service.

I think you're mixing up two different things.  TO is entertainment - it's a service industry, So yes, for state puposes their profits are from providing services.

 

But _in the game_ the thing they _sell_ is ostensibly a currency. The problem I see it that it's a worthless currency -  so why would anyone buy it?  And how can they lawfully sell it?  I simply can't get my head around that.

 

If I buy crystals, and then close my account. TO will be left holding my property - in the form of crystals, and as a consumer, I should have the right to take my crystals, or their monetary value - except the crystals don't exist, and their value is [declared to be] zero.

 

In this game, I seem to have no consumer rights _at all_.  How is that lawful?
