Lost Daily Mission points, error in "close" button

 Share

Recommended Posts

I had 95,000 points towards a Daily Mission  of 99,999, and, when I clicked the "close" button, the mission changed and I lost all the points I had accumulated.

Can I please get this mission back, with my 95,000 points, and can you please fix this problem with the Daily Missions screen?

Thank you.

You might have clicked "Change" button as the close button does NOT change your mission. Once you change your mission, even by mistake, it cannot be restored or be undone. You'll need to receive that mission again either by waiting for it daily or changing your missions.

This is not an acceptable answer.  I did NOT click the "change" button.   Once again, Tanki is not responsive to complaints about glitches.

You could restore my mission, if you wanted to, but you can't be bothered.

And you won't admit there is a glitch in the mission screen.

Not acceptable.

I quit Tanki.  I will never play again.

It is not a glitch, you were not carefull at closing windows and this happened.

If you are not watching the things you click, you may end up with doing mistakes like this, and Tanki Online is not responible of players' errors, like it may happen for purchases done "by mistake": you think you clicked "Close", but were not carefull enough to watch what you clicked and selected "Change" instead, so that is your own fault.

As you can see, you need to be carefull to what you click, those buttons are pretty far away from each other and doing things without rushing can let you avoid similar issues.

Wrong.  It was a glitch.   I was paying close attention to what button I pushed.

Tanki is not responsible for player errors but it is responsible for correcting errors in the game.

Your refusal to deal with this complaint has caused me to lose all respect for Tanki and it's adminstrators.

I suspect that this "glitch" was designed to rob players when they were close to receiving a large reward.

As such, it is a vile and unethical game design feature.

You should be ashamed.

I quit Tanki.

The buttons are very close and this could confuse the players.

What about a confirmation when you change a mission?

This could avoid any kind of error.

We have no such reports at all. In all cases when players asked to restore mission it was just their own mistake.

We have such complains on that the Change button is too close to "Close" button and told it to devs.

What about a confirmation when you change a mission?

Maybe for missions "in progress". But it's not planned AFAIK.

It's really sad.

Closed.
