Tankers! From seem our community mangers being busy nearly 24/7 you can now cool your self down from fact that you were thinking of them being lazy and taking time to read your comments etc. Patients can have a good reward.

Tankers!

This week’s episode of the V-LOG is special for a number of reasons.

In this episode, you will get a closer look at how to nail your enemies with Hammer.

Really it's very easy and takes only 5 steps:

1. Buy kit.

2. Buy drugs.

3. Press number 3.

4. Drive around and shoot.

5. Profit!11!!1!!

This V-LOG is very much like a politician campaign ... a lot of bla bla bla and quite opposite reality!

I am sure you all do a hard work, yet you do some things in the wrong way.

You talk quite a lot about support to players, attention to forum and care of players ideas and question, but in reality you don't face problems, you don't give answers, you close topics that are of no interest to you, you often make fool of us players! (of course I can prove what I say)

This is your "customer care" ... not much! You cannot pretend to drain a lot of money out of people, while giving back little! And "customer care" is part of the work!

You don't realise that safisfied players become (in percentage) smily payers! This both in enjoyment and game playability and in forum customer care.

Depends on your Gameplay. If you feel like defending or supporting you might want to keep using Hornet / Isida, but if you prefer doings TDMs or DMs or attacking with a good strenght you may go for Twins M2 and a medium / heavy tank :)

Indeed! Being patients is fundamental since it gives time to do things. Time is all what everyone needs to make things better and without errors!

If Staff didn't pay attention to problems or didn't give answers then you won't see so many players playing everyday. Supporting users with their issues is not easy, everyone has its own problem with its needings which need to be analyzed, so it is not easy to follow thousands of players' issues everyday, but yet we do our best.

Topics are closed only under certain situations and not randomly, so please avoid posting false accusations.

In conclusion: "giving back a little!". This is a free-to-play Game, so what you are getting is a huge environment to play and spend your time in without paying a cent. If you want to pay, that is your choice, but you get the FULL GAME and what comes with it for free, so this is not "a little". As said above, customer care is not easy, we do our best to take care of thousands or reports and issues DAILY, so as someone said above, being patient is the key.

Ciao Issho

Thanks for answer

As I said at first, you all do a lot of work. I bet it is not easy. I am also the first to say that Tanki is a great game and I also always give my point of view in the forum, maybe contributing to help Tanki too.

Yet I do not post false accusation as what I said is something that happened to me and other users I saw the posts of. Proofs are in the forum, so please to not accuse me of false statements. Mods closed me a topic at page 20 ... after complain they re-opened it and now it is at page 108! You can imagine that the discussion was not over, mods just felt it an "unconvenient" subject!
Also I have been waiting 40 days for a pm on something I asked. I think I am quite patient!

Anyway my message was not directed to the ones like you that with great effort do help Tanki on a voluntary basis (if I got it right), but to Tanki managers, the ones who decide what to say on V-LOGs and what to write as official Tanki messages. Actually I think you are in a bad position, like between the hammer and the iron!

The free-to-play method is not my decision and it is a business model that works quite well. Don't treat Alternativa Platform as road beggers ... we talk about $$$millions of revenues. Also the forum and "customer care" is not my idea but it is the Tanki offer. And you offer something if you can do it, no?

Let's also remember that even though I am a free player, I contribute to make up the "critical mass" of players that make the game worth playing and that make the payers worth spending real money in the game ... a game crowded of battles.

So please don't treat us free players like scroungers, because this is the tanki offer and Tanki have benefit from us. Payers are always a percentage of players critical mass! With no players there would be no payers!
Also, the concept "it is free, thank for what you get and shut up" is not really a good "customer care"!

I wrote that just after listening to the V-LOG and that is the impression I got ... a politician campaign (Prodi style).
I think this "sentiment" is not something of mine only. In 8 months Tanki lost half of their daily players base ... there must be a reason, no? The answer is probably in a wrong (or "to be adjusted") experience mechanics, in the drugs unbalance, in experienced players starting over and dominate over newbies and, on top of these real issues, the poor customer care.

B.
