Battle Disapearing :/

This has only hapened 2 diferent times, the first time was yesterday and now today 4 times in a row.   What hapens is ether when I move the camera with Q or E o simply back into a wall the chreen changes and looks like this. the battle keeps going but I dont know if my tank does coz I had no sound on.  I was playing on full screen with vulkan and dictator (if thats any help) and today I has on rio map but I cant remember wich map I was on yesterday, might have been rio aswell. This is very anoying coz I have to refresh the page for it to work, going back to normal screen doesent do anything.  Pleese look into this or tell me what to do to fix it. I'm using firefox btw.

i get this but in regular battles with out the camera and what i have been told is to refresh the page either before battles or when in battles i`m finding it when there is pple with huge lag spikes in battles when i get it other then that it`s normal and i  have none..not sure if this helps

 

if you don`t know how to refresh its the one on top that is like the half circle and when you click on it it will take you back to the log in screen and re-log in then it will take you right back to the same battles ..only do it when  you have more then 3 min left in battles cause if you do it later near the end of battles you loose your crystals and if it is less then 5 or less minutes in battle then just put it in pause or p  mode due to not wanting to loose your crystals even throw you loose kills when refreshing or in pulse mode it way better then loosing all crystals you earning in battles...

try this and see if it works

happens to me usually when the number of people in a battle reaches a maximum. using firefox as the browser and disabled just about everything in the settings bar the sound. can hear the battle but just get a black screen with the updates of who has done what to whom. does occasionally happen with just one or two in the battle but normally for me it is when the battle is full. annoying yes. loss of crystals gained during battle never checked. way round losing crystals. pause game for three minutes at a time until battle finishes if more than 5 mins remaining. not an ideal solution to loss of crystals but it works for me.

if u want the best way to fix it close your browser and open it again it should help
