Yes, Smoky was the first XT ever. Though it only lasted a week but was more powerful than M3 Thunder. (Back then)

Back to the topic. So what XTs are here. They have no special advantages. And no they do not take away real money normal players can't buy it ok they need to finish missions. Only the premium players can buy it with crystals and may use real money for faster crystals. And the MU part you are completely wrong. It takes the same amount of crystals as for the original equipments and for experienced gens who can earn crystals fast, it is fairly easy for them to fully MU those items. Tanki Devs did not release it for money mostly not for money but also for showcasing a Gissimos skills on how fast they had earned these equipments under tough circumstances.

 

Well I am not being a Dev supporter nor am I being a wanna-be Tanki Reporter, I can destroy English if I wants to.

In my opinion XTs are the best update Tanki has made in a long time, which really doesn't say much for Tankis updates. XTs allow wallet warriors to dump their cash in the game with carefree joy, while not ruining the fun of everyone else around them.  Now if only the rest of Tanki worked like that.
