Why is the "On-Topic Discussion' so strict?

SO first of all you guys must be thinking why did I say 'On-Topic' and not 'Off-topic'? 

 

Well, my answer is that I believe that this section of the Forums is too strict. Some weeks ago I saw that someone made a topic to tell everyone that someone had died, and he wanted us to say something for the passed away guy. But what happened? Yele closed the topic and said that the Forums isn't used to let mourners let their feelings pour down for the dead ones and it shouldn't be discussed here. (I don't have screenshot sorry)

Well, that topic was created on this section only, and this section is for having fun and discussing 'off-topic'.

 

Well, R.I.P to trolling, I believe trolling should not make us banned, unless it insults someone. Maybe there might be people who would vote against trolling, but whats the problem with mild trolling? Unless it insults someone, or floods then I may vote against it.

 

But no, if I post 3 bunny rabbit pictures here and Semyon see's it I well gone for it, 

maybe.

well u know tanki is confused itself

the most common example- we cant bump up old topics but we cant create a new topic since the last one is old.

these guys just make no sense sometimes....
