:excl: Hi

Excuse me, but I'm so bored for this problem that it started since one month or more... This problem is the plug-in...

I like this game so much, but this snag is really irritating...

Come on!!! Please...  Try to find a solution that not consist in installing an older flash player...

Thanks  :D

If you are using Chrome,

  • Run Chrome
  • In the address bar, type about:plugins
  • After you press enter, you’ll be greeted with a list of all the plug-ins installed in Chrome (this is different from user-installed Extensions). Look down the list of plug-ins for the Flash entry. If the entry looks like Flash (2 Files) there is a very good chance the source of your Flash-related crashes is a conflict between the two.

    R6fNuIt.png

  • In the upper right hand corner of the browser window, there is a small toggle labeled [+] Details. Click on that toggle to expand the entries for all the plug-ins.

3jIoDx0.png You should see something like the screenshot above: two entries for Flash, one for the internal Chrome installation (highlighted in red here) and one for the host OS’s installation (seen below the highlighted entry).

  • You need to click on the Disable link for Chrome’s internal installation of Flash (make sure you disable the one located in Chrome’s AppData folder and not the separate stand-alone Flash installation). Once you do so the entry for the internal installation should look like so:

    5SI8XbR.png

If that wasn't the problem, please help us by describing your problem with a little more detail. :)

Is it Chrome?

Chrome is the worst choice to play. It's much better to use Firefox (yes, with older version of flash player) or Standalone FP.

If you are using Chrome,

Now that's not enough. Before disabling PPAPI you should enable NPAPI plugins:

chrome:/ /flags/#enable-n / Enable NPAPI / restart browser then disable PPAPI version as it described above

Correct me if I am wrong, but using Firefox with old Adobe Flash player will cause error message in Firefox window that you should upgrade Adobe Flash player. Every time you visit any flash based web page. You can turn off that in about:config

Right?

Yep. That was a critical security update, but if you are not going to use firefox more than for TO, then it's a best choice. That update decreased performance dramatically in many cases

1. Did you make any changes to the computer prior to the issue?

2. Are you able to boot to the computer?

DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO stop code indicates a driver tried to access a certain area of memory when it should not have, meaning there is a flaw in the driver itself.

If you are able to boot to the computer, follow the methods given below:

Method 1:

Disconnect all the external devices (printers, scanner, USB (universal serial bus) drives, etc...) Except mouse and the keyboard and then boot up.

If this corrects the issue then add the devices back one at a time until you discover the piece of hardware causing the issue. Then get any updated driver software for the device.

Method 2: Perform Check disk.

This disk check detects bad sectors in hard disk. The backup could be failing if there are any bad sectors on the hard disk.

Follow these steps:

        a) Press Windows key + X.

        B) Select Command Prompt (Admin)

        c) At the command prompt, type:

chkdsk [drive:] [/p] | [/r]

[drive:] Specifies the drive to check.

/p Check even if the drive is not flagged dirty, bad.

/r Locates bad sectors and recovers readable information (implies /p).

Disclaimer: While performing chkdsk on the hard drive if any bad sectors are found on the hard drive when chkdsk tries to repair that sector if any data available on that might be lost.

If you are unable to boot to the computer then follow these methods:

Method 1:

Perform a Automatic repair using Windows 8 bootable DVD or USB drive and check if that helps.

a) Insert the installation DVD or USB and boot Windows 8 from it.

B) In the ‘Windows setup’ page select the ‘language to install’, ‘Time and currency format’ and the ‘keyboard or input method’ and click on ‘next’.

c) Click on ‘Repair your computer’ and select ‘Troubleshoot’.

d) Click on ‘Advanced options’ and select ‘Automatic Repair’ and select the operating system.

Method 2:

Try to boot from the Windows 8 DVD and try performing a System Restore and check if it helps.

Steps:

a. Click on Repair your computer.

b. Click on Troubleshoot and then select Advanced Options.

c. Click on System Restore and follow the onscreen instructions.

Note: When you perform System Restore to restore the computer to previous state, programs and updates you installed are removed.

Hope this resolves the issue.

1. Do not use Chrome. Use Firefox or Standalone instead

2. Update all of your drivers, especially for video.

3. Switch off all unusable software (processes and services)

4. It may be a hardware problem. Check temperature on sensors. E.g. with SpeedFan

It will be good if you describe your PC specs here.

Hey, I will certainly help you. From the description of the issue, I understand that when you try to play an online game, it will result in an error screen saying BSOD DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Boot your machine in Safe Mode With Networking

1. Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog, type msconfig, and click/tap on OK.

2. If prompted by UAC, click/tap on Yes.

3. Click/tap on the Boot tab in System Configuration.4. Under Boot options, check Safe boot and select (dot) Network, click/tap on O5. Click/tap on Restart to apply.

Disclaimer: A clean boot is performed to start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program in Windows. You may also troubleshoot or determine what conflict is causing the problem by performing a clean boot. You must log on to the computer as an administrator to be able to perform a clean boot. Your computer may temporarily lose some functionality when you perform a clean boot. When you start the computer normally, the functionality returns. However, you may receive the original error message, or experience the original behavior if the problem still exists. If the computer is connected to a network

If the posts stated above didnt help you, install a new Windows e.g Windows 8, 10. Your PC will work as if it was new.

Uninstall the Flash player completely from your your computer by downloading the official uninstallers and then try to install the latest version of the plug-in and play with "Client plus". Trust that's how I fixed the same problem.

You system displays the problem of System Exception - atikmdag.sys

Atikmdag.sys is the ATI driver. Updating the ATI drivers or reinstall the present ones may fix the issue.

If you are able to boot the computer to Safe Mode, I would suggest you to perform system restore in the safe mode to the date before Windows Updates were installed.

Refer to “Restoring your PC to an earlier point in time” from the link below:

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows-8/restore-refresh-reset-pc

After performing system restore check if you can boot to the desktop. If yes, uninstall ATI Radeon graphics driver and install the latest driver from manufacture website. Later you can perform Windows Updates and check if the issue persists.

Let us know the status of the issue.

how I just said, thanks for help :)

This usually occurs when your browser does not has Flash installed.

Get the instructions, about how to install flash, from official Mozilla website here:

What version of the Shockwave Flash plugin do you have? If you do not have version 18.0.0.232, you can download it on this page.

To ensure that the old version is removed, please close any tabs that are using Flash, or exit out of Firefox, during the update.

After running the installer, open Firefox's Add-ons page using either:
  • Ctrl+Shift+a
  • "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons

If you cannot activate Flash, click the "More" link for the plugin to check that it detected the updated version. If not, you might need to exit Firefox and start it up again.

11878973_1027387213968616_37051598325497

Maybe that's an issue with hardware acceleration - please try updating your graphics driver, or in case this doesn't solve the issue or there is no new version available at the moment, disable hardware acceleration in the firefox menu ≡ > options > advanced > general (that setting will take a restart of the browser to take effect).
