Yes, that is true.

 

This is because the Help site and the forum are on different platforms.

Correct, and correct. I have taken FAQs from many locations, and consolidated them all on the Help site. From there I usually keep the gist be rewrite the FAQ itself. Now that all transfers have been completed, I continue to post new topics when appropriate.

As some of you may have already noticed, the Tanki Online FAQ is being reworked and relocated. Previously, Tanki's FAQ was spread out between the forum, the Wiki, and an extension of TO's primary domain. This lacking of a system and structure was recognized as an issue, and the decision was made to consolidate and relocate all of Tanki Online's FAQ resources to one site. This change initially appeared to be lacking in form, though after some hard work and careful thought, the site is looking better and better as the days go by. This is due both to the efforts of Help Site Consultants and players; a combined effort that keeps the site running smoothly.

 

So if you're looking for an FAQ and are unable to find it in the usual places you look, please check help.tankionline.com. At present, we have just under 70 FAQ topics with almost two thousand answered inquires posed by players. And more official resource topics are being added and transfered over every day. Eventually everything will be on the Help site.

I know this is off topic,but i have a problem. I didn't keep a good name and I regret it.people make fun of me and i cant afford enough cash for changing my name.i get hurt a lot.any suggestions?

Dear moderator,

                       My account HarryCallahan007 has been banned for a day saying that I am banned because of "flood". I know what is flooding, but the day I got banned, 12.9.2015 , I did not chat with anyone nor I opened the chat menu. But still I am banned. Please help me. I am now forced to play in my second account and my friends in the first account is asking me why I am not replying to their chats. I am not able to answer them and so they are thinking that I am trying to avoid them and everyone is deleting me from their friend list. Please help.

Give it a rest! Don't listen to those other people, and just embrace the name. Instead of letting the judgement get to you, just hang on to how your nickname is unique. ;)

 

If you end up deciding that you absolutely can't stand your nickname any longer, then I'd suggest creating a new account. The 100k fee is out of most non-paying players crystal range, and given your rank isn't too high quite yet, now would be a good time to decide if you want to keep this nickname or toss it.

Sorry, that's not possible. After a recent update you cannot buy the previous modifications of items if a higher modification is already available at your rank.
