Big lags

Hi, i have big lags (1-6 FPS on medium settings) yesterday everything works fine (50-60 fps on max settings)
Pls help

Google Chrome has a poor frame rate also if you are using chrome. For best performance, Use Windows 8.1, windows 7 is fine also. For your computer processor, Intel Core i3, i5, or i7. Memory should be at least 4GB. And also use standalone flash player.

Please don't give them advices to get a better computer or windows or whatever.
