Brown Screen (Mouse Control enabled)

Hello, tankers.
Developers need your help to fix this bug.
So if you have mouse control enabled in your settings and sometimes get a brown screen (with no error messages), please, provide the following info:
 
1. Do you have "Alternate camera behaviour" enabled (in Settings)?
2. Does the problem disappear after switching off "Alternate camera behaviour"?
3. What browser/player do you use?
 
We are counting on you!
 
P.S. if you have another problem to complain on, feel free to do it following the rules.

I am posting for the second time in fifteen minutes.

Please get my 1,2,3 from the previous post.

I am very annoyed and loggong out for now.

Will come back after 6 hours, hope it will be debugged till then.

This bug is so annoying and has happened to alot of players for like a year now it seems who are forced to quit playing tanki due to ammount of bugs/problems and lag tanki has had lately.

This bug happens to me mostly on rio but a simple refresh of the browser will let me play for like 5/10 mins before it happens again also trying to respawn back into the game after death is a likely cause of this bug.

1. No, I don't use unnecessary options. 
2. if i start tanki online, it starts with black screen or brown, so it would be impposible to click the settings.

I still have brown screens :(. If it helps, it most often appears in Rio CTF 1-3s after dying & spawning.

It very often happens in Rio, but has never happened in Polygon so far (edit: it DID happen in Polygon as well).

Every second game crashes ... all crystal is gone cos I need to leave the game and start again and again and again ... frustraiting.

Brown Screen bug is browser independent and Flash doesn't even crash. It just displays brown screen, with everything else still working. You can check the videos from my previous post.

 

I have to reload the game ~50 times a day :( (yes, I play a lot)

Hey Serene when will this issue be fixed because its been happening for months now and there isnt anymore information about this problem.

Hi,

New player- found you via miniclip a couple months ago.  The brown screen was very bad  (usually EN9, and ANY map) and got slightly better after I installed a  GTX-750 graphics card, but it has gotten worse again in the last week or so. 

Firefox, mouse control enabled (mouse seems to be the common issue)

NO alternate camera behavior

 

The only thing I have done to fix this is to go to the Garage, change something, then come back.

 

I'm thinking also to not press any keys or mouse for a second or two after respawning, maybe this helps, but not sure yet.

 

Read somewhere about Maxthon browser?  But no mouse controls!!  No way I'm playing without the mouse.

 

A late arrival to this masterpiece of software, too bad I am again a video-game-addict :\
