using firefox latest version. up to date flash player. full screen mouse control and just about everything else turned off apart from the sound.

 

always seems to happen to me when the map i am playing on gets full. very occasionally will happen when map not full.

 

tried usual tips and find that the only way i can get out of the brown screen is to quit the battle. (problem then is somebody will jump in before i can get back into the battle again.)

 

even if there are only a few seconds left it happens and when teh game restarts on that map brown screen still there.

 

getting to the point that i may just give up and play something less buggy.

This user is a member of tanki staff @Serene and has already addressed the issue but we have gotten no response from him since the 2nd of september which he says it has been fixed but has not. Pretty much 40% of tanki players have experienced this issue and like i said it is nothing to do with anyones computers its a game bug that still needs fixing and has been going on for like a year now.

Seriously why are the tanki developers adding more features into the game instead of fixing the current bugs this is ridiculous it has been a year now since this bug has started to happen and is effecting many tanki players to lose crystals earned in battle. This issue was already addressed by a member of staff called @Serene in this forum http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=281498 but he/she hasnt responded since 2nd of september when he said this.

Clearly the issue hasnt been fixed and tanki developers are ignoring the staff and community. If these issues were fixed then maybe people wouldnt complain about the game so much from the ammount of lags and bugs that tanki has.

It's flash, not optimized for Tanki's mouse controls.

I get the same issue on browsers.

 

Try the standalone flash, works flawless for me.

Mouse controls is a must-try for Shafters.

I never get brown screens, Good thing since refreshing links in the standalone is pretty hard to do.

I have the bug too, since i play fullscreen with mouse controls. The bug appears ony in fullscreen after respawn. Usually i play polygon cp a lot and i can say for sure there only 3 spawn points causing this problem. The 3 spawn points around the red/brown house above the pit. Near the pipe, in front of the house and pit and right side of the house near the bridge. If i try to move before the tank is dropped to the ground. Happens not always but in 90% at these spawnpoints.In some cases the brown page of .... appears even after full respawning. But i'm not sure why yet.

I used Commodo Ice Dragon (Mozilla Engine), Opera, Explorer and stand alone Flash Player 15. It happens on all of them.

 

Couple of years ago my computer was badass gaming machine (windows epxerience rating all above 7 points) so hardware side is fine.

Tried many differen combinations of settings (with mouse controll always on) and the brown/grey screen appears, or I should rather say all 3D content on the screen disappears always afrer respawn in different moments in the game.

I'm not giving up mouse controll! It makes huge difference in playing experience and I want to be able to use mouse with no problems or I will

just simply stop playing at all.

I have just lost well over 1k winnings in 30 min. DM as it happened 10 min before the end and I was leading over 40 kills to the guy in 2nd place.

I'm FUMING now!!!

Dear developers! Get your F#@!NG asses to work and finally do something about that, please!

After a month long absense from tanki due to travel, I came back hoping that the brown screen problem will have been solved as we were told back in September only to find out that it has not been fixed. I use the work around which is to switch my turret to shaft and then after the change to go into the snipping mode and I get the screen back.  This of course creates other problems as I get destroyed almost immediately as the laser gives up my position before I can get the screen back not to mention the lost time since sometimes it takes forever to get in an out of the garage. 

If you really want me to spend any money on tanki here is a simple advise: FIX THE DAMN BROWN SCREEN PROBLEM! I refuse to pay money for something that is not working. Simple as that.

It has been 8 months since this issue has been occuring why have the tanki developers not fixed this yet this is just a joke seriously tanki devs are you too greedy for money or more focused on tankix that bothered to not fix the game.
