How can I go about getting the crystals for this battle I was disconnected from? This has happened to me about 5 time this past few hours.

Write application to help@tankionline along with the screenshot.Tell them your problem and they will give you your reward.

But...

Only write if you were kicked out from battle when you reloaded.

There is no refund for cases which are not caused by server-side.

And 5 disconnects in a row is not normal. Please, follow instruction and provide us some information about your internet connection and it's quality.

In fact, the problem may not be Server-Side, but it doesn't mean it is fair... Frankly - two or three days ago I played a 1-hour-long Polygon CP. Less than a minute from the end, when I had the first place and my team was winning, I got "An error occurred" thingy. I reloaded and thought that it'd manage to re-enter before the battle ended, but instead - the page gave me "The server has reached its maximum capacity", and I had to reload a few more times till it let me login - and by that time the battle had already ended and I lost at least 2k Crystals. The Crystals as for themselves don't bother me. The thing that bothers me is that I entered the server before it reached its maximum capacity, and maybe the Error was my fault - but the unfair block I got from the server certainly was Tanki's fault. That's just undeniable.

 

I didn't make a screenshot of the Battle Statistics so I'm not able to be refunded in this particular case, but I bet that had I gone to the Help Desk, they'd have said just what you said and ignore the fact that I should've had priority over others in the Server as I entered it before them - plus, the absence of this priority eventually ruined a work of an hour and turned it into a complete waste of time.

Yep, there is no difference for server. But it's only client-side restriction which can be bypassed by loading the direct-to-battle link.

I used the Refresh button of the browser - when I use the "Re-enter the game" button in the Error message, it just gets the Flash thing stuck and eventually makes it crash, causing me to do what I'd anyways do - refresh.

Copypaste the link and open another tab?! *Terrified* My Chrome literally gets stuck if I try open a new tab when running a Flash-based thing (videos too). That shouldn't surprise you - I have an Intel Core Duo and GT610 as my "gaming rig" :D

I'm using much worse configuration for about week and fps is just about 60 with fullscreen.

But when you said " it just gets the Flash thing stuck and eventually makes it crash" I thought about Chrome. 

Dont use Chrome, srsly.

Use Firefox with older version of flashplayer for gaming, it will significantly increase your fps and gaming experience %)

I know not to use Chrome :) I typed it by mistake - I use IE ;) In fact, when I used Chrome many problems didn't occur, but the FPS was around 15 and my Computer silently begged me to get a permission to commit suicide :)

Try using a sub-domain such as http://fixit.tankionline.com, it should take care of the bugs. It will take you to the same servers, and will be exactly like the the normal domain, http://tankionline.com, but it will not make you reconnect as much.

Launching game with subdomain to fix errors has only one purpose — Clean SO. It can resolve several errors (including errors with inproper graphical options setup or "connection failed" because SO stores information about last successfull connected port) but not those disconnects.

 

Will you provide info about your PC and connection as I asked above?

Old Mac, 200e model, I think. Internet is lousy, don't know the specs very well. Please close this topic. Several people were complaining that day, it's better now.
