You mean this one?

No, you can't. The Unity Editor and the TTT are 2 separate platforms.

However, if you already have maps created by the TTT, and would like to transfer them to Unity, I would suggest you to open up your designed map, and make an approximate map in Unity from scratch.

You may think it's tough, but map making with Unity is actually very simple.

The only problem is that you will need TO textures such as houses, walls and bridges. Otherwise, your map would be made up of white blocks without color Ok

Intel Core i7 is more that sufficient to run Tanki Unity.

With all the other computer specifications taken into account, your computer can run the game a lot better than mine...

Tanki Unity should be better optimized than Tanki Flash. Meaning, if you have 40 FPS in Flash, you should have 60 FPS in Unity.

Of course, these are just speculations. ;)

And I'm not used to so many people suddenly popping up on my forum topic...

I feel nervous... (Introvert here)

Doing fine!

Unity WebPlayer plug-in loosing all support from browser Chrome in September this year.

It will be completely disabled so no one will be able to use Chrome as a platform

for TO Unity afaik.

WebGL is not an alternative right now, so the only way Chrome users have to play

TO Unity is by using another browser or will Tanki develop a stand-alone client?

Do you have a view on this matter?

Indeed, Chrome is officially ending the support for NPAPI, Unity plugin is one of them. It is possible to make a Unity game on WebGL, but WebGL can only support light-weighted games at the moment.

I believe the best way for AlternativaPlatform to counter the problem is to create a downloadable Standalone client.

The reason being, any browser out there may end the support for NPAPI whenever they want. NPAPI is believed to cause hangs, crashes, security incidents, and code complexity, that is why Chrome ended the support for it.

:excl: It is also worth noting that Chrome is not the only browser to do this. Other browsers that dropped NPAPI include: Internet Explorer 5.5 SP2, and Opera 20. The list may grow in the future.

But Windows, Linux, and Macbooks will always stay the same. Hence, a Standalone Client is always the safest option to make.

And that 's exactly what 's going to happen according to the new V-LOG: good news.

They will have both options avaible: playing Unity through a browser or with a Standalone client.

It 's good that they will have a Standalone client right from the start: it 's actually the only way to play TO Unity during

the beta tests.

The reason being, any browser out there may end the support for NPAPI whenever they want. NPAPI is believed to cause hangs, crashes, security incidents, and code complexity, that is why Chrome ended the support for it. I also think it will cause less of these issues if you can use that

Standalone client instead.

:excl: It is also worth noting that Chrome is not the only browser to do this. Other browsers that dropped NPAPI include: Internet Explorer 5.5 SP2, and Opera 20. The list may grow in the future. So TO will be ready for it.

Thanks for your educated answers! :)
