Score cap for standard battles (Updated on August 28)

This change only benefits those who can afford to buy pro passes. I used to join losing teams in hoep of a comeback but because of the caps you just can't even start to turn the game around. I have a dark feeling that this may reduce the number of golds we see due to the lack of fund building up - on that note non-buyers would hugely be affected.

 

I know that you plan to increase them - but at what cost. People leaving the game; surely that is the last thing you want (Well I hope)

hello, I see feedback already is huge

I've played only 2 x 15min CTF in Sandbox today, and it's sucks.

Both games terminated after 6-8 minutes, with both teams even in numbers ( 4v4) and the score (like 4-5)...

What sense does it make to end the even, justice games with the score of one flag difference,,, it spoils all FUN

That ruins the game intensity in my opinion a lot !

OK guys, this system will be adjusted tomorrow.

 

DM caps will be removed completely.

 

TDM, CTF and CP ones will be increased, up to a 100% increase.

sometimes the battles is so good u want it to don't end the players is so good and there is  a competition between teams and players .

and other times the battles is so boring u want it didn't start the players don't play or your opponent is too higher or too lower than you .

 

how do you think to make two cases equal . why you think to end good battle early ??

 

my point is this end battles early idea should to those battle are not equal or players inactive not for all battles or all conditions .

and the first case it should be reward by more gold boxes .

I personally don't know wether this update will be good or not. I think it's way too early to judge this update, as we haven't tried it over the long term yet.

 

Moreover, I think that with these parameters, one thing we can be sure about is that it will reduce the amount of take overs. And that can be a good news but also a bad news. You may have guessed it, good for Players and bad for takeovers team. I don't know wether the rage of players being takeovered with a 30k fund is more important to care of than the fun the players taking over battles have from that activity, but I guess the future will tell us…

come on developers 5 flags for 15 min battle i played SANDBOX CTF battle ends in 4-5 min whats the use of these updates.

And lets not forget the update is brought because of time struck battle okay i agree but the question arises how often we see time struck battle its 20 in 1.what about the rest normal 19 battles goings on this update is spoiling the game remove the update.

As the developers already said, these are not the final parameters. They might and will surely be changed. For now, maybe playing a little more, and trying various game modes with this update may give you more experience with it, which will give you a more specific opinion. :)

to be honest i didnt like it

is so bad because if we capture point 50 time then battle restart there will be no fun anymore players are abusing in each battle that "what is this what is this " so we cant can even earn that much score this battle will be end in 2 or 3 mins as a player said that player name is technoplye

i think i played same game on loosing side :-) 4-5 seriously end up a game? no sense at all, we could win this :)

plus one more important think::

why would I spend a real money on the game which is sooo inconsistent,, changing balance each and every month.

update after update...

to devs :: You made a good game, stop changing it all the time...

nuff said

After playing and observing the Update I think this update is good but need a bit modification

Like increase the CP limit, CTF limit

E.g it should be 70 Cp fr 15 mints battle and similarly 8 Flags in CTF.

There are 2 possible solutions for this problem.

 

1. The less expensive one, join or make 60 min. battles. You know that, with the new update, the 20 flags that you have to reach to finish the battle, will most likely be reached in 30-35 minutes. So, if you want to play a 30 min. games, play a 60 min. one, 15--> 30 and so on. Don't worry, this illogical trick is just temporary, and the parameters have a huge chance to be modified.

 

2. Play/Create pro battles. This way, you won't have problems like that, but of course, you will have to pay 5k/month to dispose of the pass.

If the problem  you want to solve is one-sided battles - how about capping the difference between winning and losing teams? eg for CTF - game ends when one team is winning by 10 (and not a cap on total flags won).

I think this update would make mines considerably less useful, but any mines I drop are already cleared every three minutes by "an error occurred".

I think this is an interesting update... I mostly play PRO battles, so I personally won't notice a difference... Can see potential for tweaks in the future, but overall it is good for the time being

i would say, that score difference is more crucial than the score itself,, so maybe CAP should be made on the basis on the score difference

Trust me, if a game doesn't get updates regularly, players get bored of the game. Look, when unity game will be released, this one won't be updated anymore, and guess what? I doubt more than 1/5 of the total players that do know the game they are playing will never be updated anymore, will actually keep playing the game. Everyone will switch to the new game, not only because it's better, but also because this game will most likely become a "dead game", with no updates, less players, servers, etc.

 

So I think updates is a good way to keep the game, developers and the community active, and improving (or at least, that's the goal) the game.

 

 every three minutes by "an error occurred".

Maybe your internet is too slow, or try to clean up your flash cache.
