There was already a problem: it took an inordinate amount of time to enter and leave the garage in a battle, roughly 5 times as long as when outside a battle. It had improved somewhat, but then the "divided" garage made it worse, and now the "upgraded garage" takes so long to load that if there is less than 2 minutes left in a battle, you might as well forget about it. :(

Mate, please don't tell your password to anyone in any condition. Even if someone says he'll give you free crystals or whatever...they try to hack your account.

This "Updated Garage" is just another one of Tanki's useless updates

The biggest problem you have in the game is the Russian takeover teams. They come into games, most with 5-8 million XP and mountains of paints and drugs, and takeover the game. They run everyone off and get the battle fund. It is not fair that people play a 30 minute game fairly and enjoyably and then the last 5 or 10 minutes here they come stealing the battle fund from the people who have earned it. Now when I see them I just leave - I will not contribute one more battle fund point to them. They have games they could play against similar opponents but they want to rob everyone and take the fun out of the game. then to top it off they put mults on your team just for extra insurance, Tanki does NOT care. Tanki does NOTHING.

To paraphrase Edmund Burke: "All that is necessary for the triumph of thug Tanki players is for the devs to do nothing."

Never have, never will. Did get some lip service once about stopping mults. Again, they don't care.

It takes a real uproar (like the flying cheats in 2015) before they accept that there is a problem...usually one they created.

My server chat says that i am temporarily disabled from the chat!And in place of send button there is a timer showing around 140k plus minutes!!!!

I am not banned or anything (at least i didnt notice it) And i can talk in battle chats without any problems

GLITCH AFTER OPENING GARAGE DURING A BATTLE

 

We are getting an "error" message sometime after entering garage during a battle. This also brings lag before getting that error message.

Battle needs to get reloaded and that means while doing this someone could enetr the battle leaving anyone without the score/crystals one could get.

This wasn't ocurring before garage look changes. Fix this glitch.

Try clearing your browser cache and clearing your flash player cache. See if it helps. :)

You could not send a PM to @need.higher.rank because he had disabled his private messaging system, which he has enabled back, now..

Check it in the settings, there's an option to disabke private messages..;)

I would not be able to post a screenshot (cos i am on phone), so I'll tell ya...see if you can find it here:

Click in the messaging menu at top right > Click 'View all messages" > Look at the left of the window, there's an option called 'Disable messenger'...Click it....

Disabke? xD, yea but why is that option so small as someone can click it by mistake.

(But BTW, if the option is small, it actually means lesser chances to click it, 'Probability - Statistics' you know?) :p

If I am hovering my mouse, I can accidentaly click it or if I am on phone I can do so by touch screen errors, you know.

Well, for me, my mouse usually never goes to the left side, unless I move it there, so no worries for me (and others like me) :p

On phone, this feature isn't available, so don't worry ;)

You were able to login to Tanki previously, right?

Just clear browser and flash cache files. Or try another browser...

If you weren't able to Tanki even previously, then go to get.adobe.com and update flash player.

Refreshing the page will solve the problem.

Cleaning your cache might help to prevent this from occurring again.

What is the link to Tech Support? I find numerous referrals to it, but no one posts a link.

In the past, I wrote e-mails directly, but there may be some feature I am overlooking.

 

Two problems continued to drag on since the June update:

- credit for missions in Rio (if they didn't get counted, why not just stop issuing those missions?)

  - lost visible Profile numbers on the right side of the Rank/Rating bar

 (you can still get to your Profile by clicking anywhere on the bar, but the numbers are gone)

HelpDesk needs to be contacted via an email through Gmail, Rediffmail, Hotmail, Outlook, or wherever you have an account..

You initally get an automated reply as a confirmation that they've received your mail..after that you just have ti wait for a manual reply... they'll definitely reply, max within a week at most..so don't worry ;)

You might want to have a look to this topic

That's not any bug...It was intentional along with a recent update...;)

The only thing that is making me lag in a battle is the chat, i have turned it off but still if someone has written something in the chat, the battle starts lagging!!!, and after some like i m stuck in the lags the message which was written in the chat is appeared and the lag is over,

Please Fix the problem that if the chat is turned off by someone so if someone types some thing in the chat it should not effect that player until that player has turned the chat on, i mean if the chat is turned off by someone so even by pressing enter that player should not get to see the messages.

If you guys have a better solution, then solve it!!! Please Its making me lagg!
