I was playing in Rio map and ''gold will be dropped soon'' came written as usual and suddenly my google chrome browser got terminated closing my tanki online game. This is the 3rd time i encountered this error. Pls help.

Hi, i have problem in CTF mode.Unfortunatelly i cant take a screen shot of it because i cant play tanki from home at moment. Battle was ending, time was blinking in last few seconds of battle then-Timer stopped and the ending list of points(K/D rate etc.) wasnt showing and all players steyed in battle.Enemy players were ghosting but they were getting pickups and they could catch our flag but we could also shot them like they were spawned. I was playing on Aleksandrovsk map and the battle ended after 3-4 minutes of lagging and ghosting. I hope there is a solution and i can post a spoiler for 3 weeks if i cought it. Btw the topic was excelent all the best Tanki Team!!

Kit availability...it is obvious at which rank you are able to buy specific kits.  I can find no information about the opposite...at which rank can you NOT buy a specific kit.  Where is a schedule for the expiration rank of each kit?

I have had this happen to me twice so far.  I kill like hell to make enough crystals to buy a nifty kit; I rank up in the process, and POOF!...the kit is gone...too high a rank...you lose sorry dude, keep your crys for crying.

It would be wonderful and help to alleviate massive frustration if some knowledgeable Tanki guru could generate a kit/rank expiration table (list, forum answer, chart, picture, whatever).

Moral of this tragic tale: I knew when I could first buy the Striker kit...but how could I have known at what rank it would stop being available?  When might this happen again?  At what rank would I be excluded form the ability to buy a specific that has caught my eye because of ranking up?

Where did my tanki sound go?! I've updated everything I could think of, restarted my computer, browser, cleared cache... My computer itself is fine. I can watch Youtube videos just fine. My headphones work.

 

This exact situation happened to me less than a year ago. I had to switch from Chrome to Mozilla, but now it doesn't work either. It must not be the browser's fault, or Tanki's fault. It's something to do with a plugin or something...

 

I have no idea how computers work. Help!

This topic consist of some known bugs and issues which you can experience in game and some workarounds for them.

 

 

Arbitrary self destruction when not in "Danger Zone"

It usually occurs when your tank is mounted on another tank in the map Madness (Auto self-destruct when you shoot or jump off a ramp/platform)

Reason: It's caused by false positive of anti-cheat system. Developers are working to improve it.

 

I can not deal any damage to opponents, pickup drops or capture points/flags. (Refresh fixes it for sometime)

Reasons: It's caused by false positive of anti-cheat system.

Possible solution: Unload all background software and processes/programs. Try to change the browser you are currently using for TO.

Sometimes you don't deal any damage when you enter a battle, but it automatically turns on upon the next respawn or after refreshing the page.

 

Well i have the above problem and cleared cache and the below problem occurs!!

Can't pickup drop boxes on the Rio. There is no possibility to pickup drop box until it lands on the ground

Reason: Level glitch.

Workaround: Don't try to pickup flying drop boxes, even gold boxes.

Fix is not planned

You need a rank of Master Sergeant to be able to chat.

Shaft's turret jams and sometimes goes up when being still aiming an opponent

 

My question to administrators of the game.

 

Since you did last update to shaft with the sniper mode,  turret stuck when i go to sniper mode ! turret go or up or down but most of the time turret stuck and go up . so i need prass several times on up  button to release the turrent and until I can release the turrent i get killed.

 

This problem have not only to me I see this happening to other players also!!!!

CONNECTIONS ARE NOW TOTALLY BOLLIXED

Server connections, which have been sporadically bad all week, are now completely unusable. Nothing has changed on my end, where I have historically had low pings and high frame rates, with briefly untenable conditions directly correlated to periods of inadequate server upkeep and poor management of resources. Recently, I began experiencing "blackouts" (dropped connection not even detected) and ridiculously high ping swings, to the point that I could not even complete one battle at some times.

If the server connections cannot be maintained, there is no reason to even use the site. Your team has overtaxed the data capacity repeatedly, oblivious to the eventual consequences for players. You are trying to run 20,000 players with ever-increasing throughput on a system that could only reliably handle half the load. What will it require for you to accept and acknowledge this?

It aggravates me to see new players complain and be told to make some arcane change to their own system.

Another glitch :P

 

When you computer clock goes back to past. the anti flood system time will increase or be added. for example you go change ur date back to yesterday a timer will be put 86400 secounds. So you have to wait 86400 secounds till u can chat. If you put your date into the future you can bypass the timer but when you go back that time will be added up. Can be used for floods ;)

 

Fix: well get the right date and time ;D

this problem heppend  not just to me! This happens to many players.

I not only read this on chat During the battle I see it in the game.
