Shaft's turret jams and sometimes goes up when being still aiming an opponent

 

My question to administrators of the game.

 

Since you did last update to shaft with the sniper mode,  turret stuck when i go to sniper mode ! turret go or up or down but most of the time turret stuck and go up . so i need prass several times on up  button to release the turrent and until I can release the turrent i get killed.

 

 

 

Here it is 13 months later and not only is this not fixed, there is *another* glitch (turret spin) that has been around almost as long.

I think this speaks volumes about the inability / unwillingness to address these bugs....which came from UPDATES in the first place!

SURELY YOU MUST HAVE SOME IDEA WHAT IS CAUSING THE PING SPIKES BY NOW

I reported this about 2 weeks ago -- suspiciously it began when the "enemy status" update

was made...as useless and counterproductive as 80% of the "improvements" are. (HA HA.)

 

I'm playing and every 15 to 30 seconds, I lose contact with my tank because the PING jumps

to 200, 400, 600 and just as quickly drops back to normal. Can't aim, shoot, steer consistently.

Nothing new on my end, and some servers/battles seem free of it, and then three hours later

it happens on ALL of the servers (EN and RU alike).

 

It is getting on my last nerve. When playing becomes an aggravating chore for your players,

it is time to wrap up the site and admit you screwed it up so badly that you can't even fix it.

Hackers have now found Tanki X and are starting to do the usual hacks like hopping.

Now the reason that they're doing this is because they assume there are no current admins in Tanki X.

Just today , I saw 2 hackers in a Rio TDM map.

I truly love Tanki X ever since I tried the Open Beta Test 3 days ago and I have a total of 8-10 hours on it.

 

Can someone help ban these hackers before Tanki X gets ruined?

Why doesn't the Gold Box supply that I received for a mission show up on my display with the other supplies.

No. :huh: I completed the mission and apparently won 5 gold boxes, which show in my supplies, but not in battle view (pressing 6 should drop one).

This may be due to a mismatch between "reward" boxes and "purchased" boxes ($1 each).

For me, sometimes in any map I just automatically self-destruct, sometimes just 17 seconds after spawning, sometimes while just driving along a road or while shooting an enemy. I use Shaft not Thunder, Ricochet or Vulcan, so I can't kill myself with my own weapon. What's going on?.

Sometimes when I use Shaft I go into scope mode to find that after 1 second in scope mode the laser moves up automatically and stops so that I can control the laser. Again, what's going on?

Please let Tanki fix this.

I am being killed by enemies which I cant see on the map? Those enemies are also shaded on the list of enemies?
When a new tank enters the map I cant see nor kill him, but he can kill me?

The error usually occurs when your internet connection is not fast enough to load the game. Try restarting your router, or play using Standalone Flash Player.

Yes. Its a glitch. Which means until either everyone leaves or a mod/dev deals with it, just increase the battle fund which no one will get and get XP :D. I've been to battles like that with over 100k fund xD

Today/Now I have entered into a battle XP/BP silence. I couldn't move, shoot and even to click on quit... 

 

Only after couple of minutes I finnaly saw my tank. But then I kicked from the battle due to inactivity.

 

What can I do ?

If the problem occurs continuously and you cannot see your tank:

 

    1. Reset your router, then restart your computer.

    2. Clean Flash Shared Objects.

 

If the problem occurs occasionally, most likely this is happening due to the instability of your internet connection.

Start by cleaning Flash Shared Objects and your browser’s cache.

As for client issues:

1. Uninstall the game client.
2. Go to: %APPDATA%/../Roaming/TankiOnline
3. Delete "Local Store" folder.
4. Re-install the game client.
