In addition to what my fellow friend said, please remember that the confirmation link (after filling the form) doesn't work on chrome and opera. If you open the confirmation link on chrome, It will open the application form again and it won't confirm, and you won't get a ticket number and moreover, that confirmation link won't work again. Therefore, you'll have to fill the form again so it is better to open the confirmation link on Firefox or Microsoft Edge. Good luck.

:angry:Stupid game. admin I do not know what happened, but was playing normal in a very disputed battle and already had a 1400 points a battle funds near 30.000 or more and suddenly pops up error. I leave the error open and open another page of the standalone Flash Player on the same server I was and when I enter the game I am already out of battle. No apologies for what happened or that I was removed from the battle. I didn't take 30 seconds to renew the page to come back again in battle and yet they removed me from the map. I think that's a robbery since there's no explanation for what happened. It's three times that happens to me, but this time I got mad because I was going to get a good amount of crystals.

 

How do I get what and it's due to that battle.

I'm beginning to think it's persecution to Portugal. Already in purchasing crystals or something else gives error when opening the payment page. Must be the same for all players

 

Now that I've seen it well, the server has been closed. Then it was your mistake. For I was the only Portuguese inside the map that was playing.  really 

There's no problem with my network. And if it were my net the error would say it was connection error

Quite few things could have triggered the error. Mainly or normally it is lag but it can also be a server one too sometimes and you won't be able to get the crystals/score you lost in that battle back as Help Desk stop doing that. Unfortunately there are several ways you can prevent or at least reduce such things happening to you again which is explained in here and I encourage you to play small battles to avoid losing such high amount of score/reward.

When I get the message "an error has occured" I simply ignore it and continue playing as if nothing has happened. The notification goes away and I don't need to restart the game client or anything. Is this normal?

That might be there an issue. Try testing your internet speed here: http://www.speedtest.net/. I believe that a minimum of 3MB's per second is recommended for most online games.

Well this is awesome, mine was quite different back in the day when it used to happen to me quite often, sometimes the notification didn't or popped up that way but instead took half of the screen and so I was playing like that till I finished the battle since 30% of the screen was blocked for me.  :lol:

You sir/ma'am nailed it, I get around 100 download but my upload doesn't stay 95+, kinda bounces from 97-94,3 but reaches close to 100% but not much. With a speed like that, it should be the game. Even if you or I buy the world's  most expensive PC or Laptop ever, there will always and always be few lags here and there.

I have two problems:

1st.-

I had been trying to log into client for 2 hours and 20 minutes, the server never loads.

I tried to login from browser, same result.

 

2nd.-
Earlier today I suffered a really bad FSP, it was around 17-25..going constantly up and down in those margins, when I regulary get 35-45 which allows me to play at battles decently. I have a fast-speed connection, so that's not the issue.

What's going on?

Make sure you confirm it first and sometimes for some players out there the confirmation link (after filling the form) doesn't work on chrome and opera. I would suggest you changing your email if you are aware of being hacked.  

Client showing error again and again.

My friends are also facing similar issue.

Due to this half tank is invisible and my friend had seen zero supply.

Idk how?

 Try use browser or Standalone Flash Player? 

My missions are stuck and no progress is being updated on it.

Lokiii, Missions can only be done in non-PRO battles.

I used Chrome for years but I lag in it when gold drops.

I used standalone player player also but I had some issues with it also, I don't remember what were they.

 

I am using client from last 6-7 months and it is good only main problem with it is it crashes when I minimize it during a battle.(maybe cuz my PC is not good)

I also have that problem that crashes when I minimize the client and at the moment I am using Adobe Flash Player 22 and it goes much better
