I dont know where can i send it but i have a problem.. I get banned in my account uros2003 cause im breaking the rules.. I used cheat in parkour but i didnt killed any player there.. Using cheats is prohibited in this game, it doesn't matter if you use them in a normal game or in parkour mode. Still if you think your account got punished unfairly, you can contact the help desk through this form.

Somebody needs to fix the problem of the lagging game, this topic is now the most common one in all the servers. Lots of people are confused and need this lag problem fixed. Please

After todays update in the garage, you can't rejoin your battle if you take longer than 60 seconds in the garage...including the process of bringing up the garage itself.

 

If you click "Battles" (to re-enter the battle) this screen comes up (see screen capture jpg) 

 

It asks, "Leave the Battle YES  NO"   If you choose NO you stay in the garage.  If you choose YES you are out of the garage and out of the battle...you go to the lobby and the only option there is leave the battle

 

The only way to get back into a battle is by choosing "return to battle" option when the 60 second warning appears...if you don't "return to battle you are kicked with no way to re-enter

 

Just a glitch, but kinda important to get fixed.

Actually, you can't even get back to your battle from garage unless you wait for the 60 sec warning.  Any time you choose "Battles" from the garage to return to your battle you get the "Leave the Battle" dialog box shown in the previous posts jpg.  Choose YES and you get kicked; choose NO and you stay in the garage...you can only escape via the 60 sec warning dialog box.

Reason: Antiflood issue

Workaround: Simply untick "Show notifications" in settings and hit save. If you want to keep it open then play along. If not, then untick it and hit save again. The chat issue won't be there anymore.

It also happens sometimes cause your clock in your computer isn't set right (sometimes a counter appears instead of the send button and all the things he mentionned above), cause it happened to me, knew the cause and found the solution therefore i share it with you.

This could have been caused by the beginner glitch. The forum then does not recognize the account, because it cannot detect your rank.

I can find no way to attach a file in other portions of the Forum....specifically the clan threads...this is a problem or maybe just a glitch.

You can use a program like Sharex to make and upload screenshots, or you can upload your screenshots manually to an image hosting site like imgur.

it takes me to the forum... now i do know in tanki X that you can only log in using the log in button... is this going to be the new thing for tanki forum with the new system coming in ??

been doing this for about a week now and its more a pain then any thing ... when will this get fixed or is this going to be a new way of logging in having to use only the log in button instead of enter ??

 

also logging out of forum you now have to hit sign  out twice ...

I just tested it, I can log out by clicking once and I can log in by pressing enter instead of the log in button. I am using Chrome, maybe it depends on which browser you're using?

Refreshing is pretty much the only thing that gets rid of that loading screen. Sadly it doesn't always work.

ok new issue ... which is a old issue ..

 

getting double cards to buy with ..also a ton on 9999999 missions daily about 1-2 per accounts they range from 70000 crystals to XT turret .. to also speed or shields .. which i don't need any of these .. so please cut back on giving me these .. 

 

the only thing that comes to mind is less players on , so computer is now giving them out in hand full  ..

they tell me the same stuff i have not heard over the years .. its like they not listening to players any more..everything your telling me its the same from them this is why i gave up trying to chat with them same with many other players...

This happened to me a lot. The problem for me seemed to be something with the "Remember Me" feature because I erased my Username and Password and typed it in manually and it worked. Hope this helps someone!   :)

Thanks but my accounts where just changed in tanki on line and also its still been going on for many a players.. not sure why its something to do around the same time tanki in Russian crashed .. and there were adding new features to the forum
