this needs to be changed due to this is no longer being used in the system . crystals are no longer in drop box's . also the drop box's are needing to look brighter....

Well, Gold boxes still exist, and if i am not wrong they also add crystals to our wallet?

I have a simple question. Does the battle button even creates battles like Subway, Magistral, Gubakha???

 

It's always the same maps, at least for me, no matter the servers. Polygon, Year 2042, Serpuhov, Siege, Kungur, Cross, Esplanade. Never saw a single Subway or Gubakha for exapmple.

I had 3K + score in a battle and my team was winning, the Battle fund was over 8K crystals.

Suddenly The Error happened, I pressed the button "Re-enter the Game". It just closed the application. Then I quickly opened the TOCD again and when it loaded, I wasn't anymore in that battle. LOSS

 

Loss everywhere.

i just got 225 mines and it took my cry but it did not give me my mines it gave me double damage! can some one help me?

Use this form to contact the help desk and do something about it. More Info.

 

But, I doubt that it was the fault of the system, and most probably you did it unknowingly.

Bring us back F5 refreshing the client.

I don't see where it causes more problems than it solves.  <_<

It is better to do what is mentioned above. Once again please contact  the help desk and let them know you forgot which e-mail address is linked to your account. After making sure the account is yours, the help desk will link your account to a new email address of your choice. Make sure you choose this option. And I would suggest you to wait an answer from them before you send another application, usually they reply within 24h if not sooner.

Anybody knows how to stop windows update? I am unable to play because of this

 

With Windows 8.1 and earlier versions, we had Windows Update giving us options to:choose

  • Install updates automatically (Recommended)
  • Download Updates but choose when to install them
  • Check for updates but let me choose whether to download and install them
  • Never check for updates (Not Recommended)

These options provided a way to defer updates until we had enough time to download and install them or to have them downloaded automatically and then install them at a time we wish. These options are not present in Windows 10 Update & Security Settings.

 

Turn off Windows Updates in Windows 10:

  • Go to Windows Update service. Via Control Panel > Administrative Tools, you can access Services. In the Services window, scroll down to Windows Update and turn off the process. To turn it off, right-click on the process, click on Properties and select Disabled. That will take care of Windows Updates not being installed on your machine.

Since windows is a Service now on wards, you have to keep your computer updated, to be able to install the next set of features or a newer build as it will require you to install all the previous updates first and than the last one which might take much longer than now and you have to keep pressing look for new updates bottom over and over and keep installing all the previous ones first till it says there are no new updates.

 

Please note that I personally wouldn't recommend you to to disable automatic updates in Windows 10 from automatically downloading updates or any other windows version. If you are not facing any problems with the updates like random shut-downs and doesn't affect your work than I once again would not recommend you to disable them. Do it on your own risk. TO is just a game and you can play it any other time you want.

I have been trying to answer more questions on the helpsite recently but all my email notifications are sent to my Gmail spam box regardless of what filters, safe senders, or even marking them as not spam. 

 

I think this is because the message contains some Russian making the spam filter target it aggressively, could anything be done about this or can anyone suggest other solutions?  :unsure:

No matter the organization, many email marketing campaigns or any other Companies find sometimes themselves or their emails going to the spam folder especially in Gmail.

 

Gmail’s junk mail algorithms and user created Gmail rules are quite effective at filtering out unsolicited and unwanted junk email, automatically delivering it to recipients’ spam folders. Unfortunately, there are times when legitimate emails are marked as spam, even though the subscriber wanted to receive them. Although email services such as Gmail don’t share the exact algorithms for deciding if an email is unwanted by intended recipients, the following are some of the major reasons why an email may be marked as spam or why Gmail may automatically block the message:

 

  • Content — Typically one of the least common causes for pushing an email to the junk box, certain words or phrases found within messages can cause them to be filtered.
  • Links — If a message includes links to websites that are blacklisted, they could result in the message being filtered as spam.
  • Headers — If there are inconsistencies in the “from” and “reply to” addresses and domains, emails will be filtered as spam.
  • Engagement — Recipients can deliberately label certain messages as spam, but engagement metrics, such as open and click-through rates, also can affect the email-filtering process. An increasing number of Internet service providers (ISPs), including Yahoo! and Gmail, are using such engagement metrics to determine if an email should automatically be blocked or filtered as spam. In effect, Google is simply trying to provide a great user experience, just as Google’s search algorithms do. So, Google views engagement metrics as an indicator of whether or not the user is interested in emails from that sender. There has been some tests where lists with high levels of engagement get through Gmail’s spam filtering, while lists without the engagement don’t get through. These were some of the reasons why some emails end up in the spam/junk folder, now back to your problem. 

Solution:

 

Let's do a test using filters to try and diagnose this problem eve tho you already tried it but could be different.

 

  • Create some filters for a few of the senders who have been going to spam. Use the "never send to spam" option on those filters.
  • ALSO, have the filters add a new label you create.
  • Then, the next time those sender's messages end up in Spam check to see if the new label is applied to them or not.
  • Tell me if the test results worked or not.

Hi. I've a problem because i finish a mission and i don't gain rewards

After the last update, Daily Mission objectives can only be completed in regular, NON-pro battles. For more information about the update. Patch #451. Make sure that you are doing the missions in NON-pro battles.

not sure if anyone is have this issue on there screens , there is a line running down the page in a few area's . it do's effect game play but it is annoying after a wail seeing lines in the count section or in chat. have no clue if its a glitch or what cause its not on any other web page i use only in tanki ..?? only just started on Friday or about then.

Seems like you still using Firefox.  :)  Many players are complaining about all kind of different problems in Firefox and they facing quite many glitches and other things lately. Opera is pretty good Browser as well even tho it isn't that popular and Google Chrome is ok but eats/uses a lot of ram. Other than that, it is perfect Browser.

 

Does the line also appear on all servers and how often? Closing the Browser and restating didn't help, I assume.

nope only tanki on line all other pages that I load are perfect , this is strange. I do have chrome but i had issues in the past when using it , not sure if they have been fixed . I only use it now for tanki contests and things .

 

just to show you that its not on other pages , if it was we would see it here also , but there is nothing wrong ...

Happens to me in the client too, at first I thought it was my 4k screen but it appears not. Interesting.
