Thanks for the downvote! :)

(doesn 't make much sense though to give the next post from

an upvote because it is a confirmation of my post afaik.)

Reading your post I guess that TO Unity will contain much blue colouring in it.

Imagine blue Goldboxes: you need some time to get used to that!

Do you think so? Those surprise gold boxes with a range of 500-5000 crystals were blue and I didn't need to get used to that crystal amount! :P

i think the old tanki seems better, the unity tanki is too realistic, if thats what you want to call it. if i want realistic i play world of tanks (i almost never do). i like how flash tanki looks fake but seems real. BUT my opinion may change once i play this nunity version, but for now i slighly disapprove

Before speaking I would like to excuse myself for my wrong language employed in the forum. I excuse myself to all the tankers and to the moderators... I'm sorry :( Can please someone please answer this question please: Will there be 50% sales on purchasing crystals with real money on tanker's day? Please, because I have to tell my mom about the price and we are facing some problems... :( Thanks in advance

Those aren 't huge game requirements at all.

Most Tankers will have something like that and a lot will even have better equipment.

If 4GB RAM would be a bottleneck on an older system, it is very cheap to upgrade this.

In most computers it is possible to add more RAM.

Use a program like Speccy (just Google and download it from the trusted site FileHippo)

which kind of RAM is in your computer and if there is an empty slot, which will mean you can add

a stick of RAM.

Make sure you add exactly the same kind and amount of RAM or you could

also replace the old one entirely with a new stick with more RAM on it.

Warning: this is real basic info and you better inform yourself much more about this subject or go to a

computerstore if it doesn 't make any sense to you!

Adding RAM is the best and cheapest upgrade, certainly if your computer is lacking enough of it.

The processor Intel Core i3 is adviced in combination with the integrated in the processor itself

Intel HD Graphics 4000.

If you happen to have an older processor you can most likely still make the game run smoothly

by adding a dedicated seperate graphics card.

(good chance there is already one, certainly in a desktop: again you can use Speccy to see

exactly what it is)

These are also often much better in performance compared to the "lousy" Intel HD Graphics 4000.

And you don 't need that expensive graphic card. A cheap one will already outperform

those integrated HD Grapics 4000!

Here is a list of the graphics card hierarchy:

http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107-7.html

Anything above the Intel HD graphics 4000 (the third almost empty column from the left) is better:

as you can see that 's quite a list!  :)

I bet Flash puts more strain on our systems than Unity will do.

Tanki really took Flash to it 's utter limits, that 's IMO why we have to wait so long before entering a battle.

Especially on larger crowded Maps there are a lot of calcutions and data transfers that first have

to be made.

Unity games, also more graphic detailed ones, run smoothly and start almost immediately on my computer.

No, in my opinion Unity games are "lighter" and so will Tanki Unity be.

Ok thanks fo the info, this will be quiet usefull for a lot of tankers as for me are already familiar and my PC can run smoothy the new version of Tanki ;).But the real problem is that a lot of Tankers have problems with their FPS due to an old PC system, will they be able to upgrade their PC? Because we are talking about an upgrade that will need a budjet of 50-60 euros and its better to spend 100-200 euros more to buy a new one rather upgrading an old system.

It depends. It 's very hard to say whether an upgrade is worth it or not.

Certainly a graphics card can be costly, but if the other components of your PC are not outdated

you can give an enormous boost by adding a new one.

Certainly if you are playing Tanki now with 2GB of RAM and you have a low fps it could be worth

to get this to 4 GB.

It 's not only Tanki that will benefit, but the whole system becomes faster.

2 GB is often slowing the computer down, certainly if you got some programs on the background running.

Another reason to get lags and stuff.

So always try to enter a Tanki server with only programs like anti-virus and others running that you really need.

I quite often "clean" computers and I 'm always amazed at the amount of programs people allow to start up

every time.

My computer is so slow...duh! ;)

Often those programs are not used at all, but still they are running, silently sipping the juice out of your processor/RAM.

With 4 GB this at least becomes a lot less noticable because of the extra "working space" your PC gets.

RAM really is cheap so it 's worth the try IMO.

wait wait wait

confused is the new tanki the old tanki ?

No. You are now playing Tanki Flash which uses Adobe 's Flash player.

The new Tanki Unity can not be played on Adobe 's Flash player, instead you will be playing it on Unity

which is a dedicated game engine (much more than Flash is)

Still the new TO Unity will have many features like Maps etc. from the old Tanki Flash (the one you play now)

These features will work basically the same, but with much enhanced graphics made possible by using Unity.

So in a nearby future (early next year my guess) you will be able to play two different kinds of Tanki:

the old Flash Tanki and the seperate new Unity Tanki.

Both will have a lot in common, but the looks will be very different.

There are more important questions than clans. Such as: transfer of garage, rank and crystals

Lol, That doesn't mean its the only question people should ask. It may not be important for you but it is for some.
