Help from experienced video editer

Hello to everyone, im searching for one experienced video editer to help me with this : How i can add those lights in one video? ( 

) (i mean on the railgun e.t.c) please if anyone know how to do it please send me P.M. or answer here how to do it!

To the subject of the topic: They used lens flare effect either in Sony Vegas or After Effects/Premiere.

geek like me found :P ,

 

The Lightning can be "made" in "after effects/premiere" or can be "added" in "sony vegas".

hope it helps :) its the same answer tho :D.

visit youtube to learn how to do it according to the software you are using.

The easiest way if your video is long/complicated is to download VirtualDub and ScriptLab, use VD to seperate the video into frames and use ScriptLab's batch processor to run your selected effects on each frame, then find some software to combine the frames back into a video.

Try searching the video editors, in which you can overlay images, in Google upon request: videoeditor, video editor, etc.
