I'm not trying to ban anyone I'm just reporting a cheater, here is screenshots of 2 other player that i could report but i didn't.

When proof can't show enough evidence of a violations at least moderator should take action by looking at the database in this case to find out who receives the entire battle fund that it was suppose to be divided between 6 players.

The point of the EULA you mentioned refers to "Blocking accounts" and not un-registering them, as you can clearly read below:

Those are not proofs to ban anyone. To ban hackers and such, we need VIDEOS, to ban chat violators,  we need SCREENSHOTS.

There is nothing like a "database" which can be used by Moderators, only by the Tech Support and only in rare cases, but you still need to provide them proofs of what happened before having them check the database.

No one said it is not a bug, we simply stated that you can't un-register an accounrt, you can't ban someone with those proofs and that there is no such thing as a database for Moderators, not without the needed proofs.
