So guys I am a buy a new PC and was thinking is this the correct sum of money to buy the PC? Everything I'll list below will cost around 674.514 GBP. So the parts are below

Processor- Intel Core I5 4570 4th Gen 3.2 GHz

RAM- 8 GB

Motherboard- I'll buy any motherboard that costs 58.9725 GBP

Casing- Corsair 500

GPU- AMD R7 260 X - ( 2 GB DDR 5 ) ( Sapphire )

Monitor - Dell 24 inch sth that costs about 92.6708 GBP

Hard disk- 1000 GB

And some cheep Coolers and Power supply (but not that cheep)

Scratch whatever said about if it was the right price just tell me if these parts can at least give me good fps in recent games.

~£670 is a reasonable price for the components listed. If you look around, you might be able to get them closer to £600 though.

As for the graphics card, it's a relatively low-spec model, and I wouldn't expect it to run recent games very well. If possible, try to spend more on the graphics card, however the other components seem fine.

The AMD GPU's can be a little to a lot more thirsty on power needs compared to the Geforce equivalents. The R7 260X for example requires at min 500w psu according to AMD.

I think the old GTK 650ti is comparable to the R7 260X but I would say a 750ti is better and it requires a min 300w PSU (while the 650ti required 400w). Most to all GTX 750ti does not need a 6 or 8 pin plug. Basically is it one of the best options for fairly recent off the shelf PC upgrading due to them often having weak psu's.

The price of the recent GTX 950 may not be much less than the GTK 960 for it to be considered over 950 still.

Also speaking of PSU's check out http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html as it will be a quick way to narrow down PSU option based on tier to start with and then you can pick based on your budget more easily.

There are many more appropriate forums on the internet that can assist you with what type of computer to buy.

Hmmm interesting. Thumbs up for the help.

Motherboard and GPU, I would always go for Asus. Like mouse and keyboard I would always go for Logitech.

It is not advertising, I speak from personal experience

I really do not know what to say but was that going to help me because I really do not see anything that is supposed to help but still I will always rely on price and quality and if what you just said is better than my choices then thanks.
