Autoban low k/d

Have the server automatically issue a week long ban to anyone who gets below a 0.05 k/d ratio.  Very simple idea, would reduce the severity of a lot of problems.  1 kill for 20 deaths is a very extreme number and any isida or legitimate player could easily meet that in the course of normal playing.  Only applies for normal game modes.

K/D ratio is never a good indication of how useful a player really is in battle. Simple examples:

• a player with Isida healing all the teammates, but not getting any kills. Extremely useful, but has a low K/D
• a player with Railgun shooting all enemies, who just respawned. Deals huge damage but doesn't get kills. Very useful, but has low K/D
• a player with Shaft, who sits in the corner of the map and occasionally kills a stray Hornet, that comes in his view. Gets 1 kill every 5 minutes and has a K/D of 50 to 1. Basically useless and does not help the team, but has a high K/D.

My point is that even if there will be an autokick/autoban system for useless players, it will never be based on the K/D ratio.
