I have feeling that they will increase prices of everyting and refund us 50% of our crystals earned or that they will double price of everything and refund us 100%. They only care about money, not players. Where is good update for players? we need stabile servers and games without mults, but they only focus about fancy graphic. First fix main problems and then care about design!!!! And btw i will stop playing if we cant transfer our accounts on unity with everything.

New tanki is same like world of tanks. If we want to play that you made now we will play wot not tanki. All you updates only destroy the game. Many of my friends stopped playing tanki after one of your "update". If you delete flash tanki i will stop playing tanki.

so you can stay on the old tanki or join to the new tanki without your old account , thats it, and they know most of all  want to play the new version ......after few months the old tanki will be boring  with a small number of players and they will close it .

... Simply said - if the majority of the players, refuse to start from a scratch, and stay on the Flash, the deveopers will have to reconsider and grant us a transfer. If they get enough people on the Unity, who doesnt care about all this, then, I'm sorry guys, all the time you've spent, as well as your hard earned money we've payed, are staying within a slowly dying out Flash version.

this is what will happen, and I am very disappointed . But ... actually ... a player who never played Tanki Online, would be interested to join a new game about tanks with tons of players with all the best equipment from the beginning ?

There are another 'scenario': the new tanki unity could have (for example) 30 more ranks, and M4 - M5 - M6 for turrets and hulls ; doesn't matter for new players, they never played before, and could be interesting for old players with high ranks. why not ? could be a challenge. yes, it's hard to figure out because new weapons would be a lot expensive, they must work hard to balance the price from M0 to M6 ...

 

I thought about this when they say (on the v-log) the work about the 'new economy of tanki' ... why they are working on the new economy ? why they need those kind of changes ?

Weren't we also told, that it may be impossible to do it, because of technical issues? Now, it all comes down to a decision. In other words, technically, it is not impossible.

It is a total lie to suggest it is impossible to transfer the garage. Everything is stored in a database. It can easily be transferred/imported to a different version.

 

They simply throw that out there to fool the stupid people who don't understand how databases work.

 

If they "can't" transfer the garages it won't be because of technical issues - it will be because of a decision to screw the players.

I think the fact that they stated that both versions will be available probably tells us what the end result will be: separate garages and separate accounts. This means if you play the Flash version your progress, earnings, and equipment won't transfer into the Unity version.

 

Forcing people to start all over is a wonderful opportunity for an instant windfall of real money. If we get to keep everything we have now it means they lose that opportunity.

 

I am not holding my breath. I fully expect to lose everything and will keep that in mind when it comes to purchases. I expect to rank to Gismo before the final version of Unity is released, and, since I doubt that the major game play issues will be resolved or improved in Unity, then, it really won't matter as there's little game play value past the final rank.

There is an excellent chance that they will transfer garages.  If they charge a whopping fee for each account moved, they will make that 'more money' you just mentioned more quickly than any other way.

I don't really care if we keep our garages or if we have to start from scratch. What's important is what will the new economy be, what will the income resources will be and if power will go on being the major product a player can buy.

If so, then bye bye Tanki.

In previous V-LOG they said Unity beta testing is going to start at the end of 2015. After months of testing and preparations Unity beta will be playable for the rest of 99.99% of players.

 

I do not expect Unity version before May, June 2016. So we will watch plenty of new V-LOG's in the future about Unity including info of garage, crystals, rank, clan transfer.
