Fatal error on Lost Temple map ,Kungur map and sometime on Sepuchov map

MY DEAR TANKI FRIENDS TODAY SEPTEMBER 6 2015 AT 6.45pm PARIS TIME AT KUNGUR CTF in EN1 WAS AGAIN A FATAL ERROR AND WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO REENTER WITHIN 5 MINUTES ,IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE THE FREQUENCY , AS I SAID FIX IT AND WRITE PRECISE ANSWERS ! BTW NO VULCAN WAS IN THE GAME AND WAS NOT EVEN FULL OF PLAYERS ! FURTHERMORE YOU REPLY IN FACEBOOK THAT IN LOST TEMPLE EVERYTHING WAS FIXED , AGAIN A BIG LIE WE WERE , LAST NIGHT AT THE LOST TEMPLE FIGHT WITH ALL PLAYERS AND NO VULCAN AND AGAIN WE HAD MANY FATAL ERRORS , THIS IS AN ISSUE ALMOST 4 MONTH OLD YOU DID NOT FIX IT AND APPARENTLY YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO FIX IT , WE LOSE VITAL MOMENTS AND WE LOSE CRYSTALS AND MINES AND IS ABOUT TIME THAT YOU SOLVE THE ISSUE . & YOUR SUGGESTIONS ON THE WEB SITE ARE TOTALLY INCONSISTENT , THEY DO NOT SOLVE THE ISSUE ! I HAVE A VERY POWERFUL PC WITH WINDOW10 AND THE PROBLEM IS IN YOUR SERVER , SOLVE IT !! YOU ARE FAST IN BANNING PLAYERS FOR MINOR RULES ISSUES BUT STILL IN 6 MONTH YOU DID NOT SOLVE THE ERROR ISSUE ! I think that the problem is from your computer or from the plugin (flash player) so you must be sure that the version of flash player is the latest one , or contact help@tankionline.com for furder informations.Thanks

So try to start from Problems and Solutions sections rules (How to complain) and give us some additional information about your problem.

Most of FP versions for Windows 10 is really unstable now. So, what are you using for playing?

unfortunately I insist on Lost Temple all players had  Fatal Error and I am not used to tell untrue statement , the Problem of Fatal Error is a very old issue that  you never really solved , I have WINDOW 10 Very satisfied with Processor 3.40 GHz , and 16 GB RAM on 64 Bit Operating System and I use CHROME with last Flash Player , I totally disagree on your reply  WE HAD a mass fatal error and i don't like to write untrue statements I wait for clear answers , it is your problem to adapt Your systems to the new software , not me to adapt to your requirements !Thanks baux_online

Lost template is big, 

 

I have 3 fatal error within 3 min, and all player got "left the game" msg, and then after I joined in, all has "joined the game" msg.

 

it is lucky to have a 15 min lost template without a Fatal Error.

 

I have less error in Kurgur though.

FULLY AGREE IT IS A 6 MONTH OLD ISSUE ON SEVERAL MAPS LOST TEMPLE, KUNGUR AND NOW EVEN ON SEPUCHOV , I POST IN CAPITAL LETTER TO LET THE ADMIN TO KNOW THAT WE ARE FED UP AND THEY SHOULD ADDRESS THE PROBLEM AT ONCE !! baux_online

Yeah same here, but I don't have any problems with Kungur or Serpuhov.
