M0, M1 and M2 Along with M3 XT Equipment

Here are the ranks for the modification of a normal Hornet:
M0: Gefrieter
M1: Warrant Officer 2
M2: Second Lieutenant 
M3: Major General

Here are the ranks for the modification of a normal Railgun:
M0: Private
M1: Warrant Officer 3
M2: First Lieutenant
M3: General

When you complete an XT Mission, do we get the XT equipment's M3 modification or does it start of as an M0? I understand that XT Missions are for Generalissimos because having M3 XT stuff at a low rank would affect the game balance. Isn't it possible to complete an XT Mission but depending on the rank you are, you get only that modification of the XT equipment? For example, if I complete the Hornet XT Mission at Second Lieutenant, I can't have M3 Hornet XT because I have to be a Major General to get a normal M3 Hornet but I have the right rank for M2 Hornet XT. So I could start off having an M0 Hornet XT and then upgrade it to it's M2. Same idea with Railgun XT. Isn't my explanation possible in real Tanki?

The current "super missions" that give you XT as reward are only available to Generalissimos and the XT items are M3 modification only. They can then be micro-upgraded to M3+. There are no plans to implement M0, M1 and M2 XT equipment at the moment.
