The scam here is the focus on the 10% - in reality when you do the math it is a 15% difference in discounts.

 

For example I was looking to upgrade to Isida and Viking M3.

 

Cost to upgrade: 461,500

 

With the 40% sale my cost is 270,900

With the 50% sale the cost would have been 230,750

 

That's a 15% difference in price.

AW AW AW, your comment hurt our feelings, i think you have to consider that most of players are young, so young, so when they say they will leave the game, they don't mean to, they just want higher sale, i know that it is not good for the game's economy to give two 50 % sales in 3 months, but you have no right to say"You guys have no right on 50% discounts at all" did we fail in exam or something so we don't deserve the reward at all !!!! :huh: :huh: Tanki always has nice mods and admins, Always :mellow:, but when i read the second part of your comment i felt like you are telling us ( go find a thick hard wall and hit your head on it), i don't need 50 % sale, but i remember when i needed, And yes, i can see that players are posting angry comments, but you should help the players, what would happen if you just said ( guys enjoy the sale , and if you don't like it  just wait ) this would be better :huh:

It's good that you talk about exams, because no you did not fail the exam at all.. the problem is.. what exactly is the exam? There is no exam in which players qualify for 50% discount, or 40% discount. So basically, you're having "no right" to get discounts, because you did not pass the exam either (you can't fail or pass an exam that doesn't exist). So tanki is being so nice for us people to drop down some discounts, completely on their own choice without us, players, passing exams! how great is that!

40% is still a good sale and hence no need to down vote. Along with player's expectations , TO should be economically viable as well for devs to invest their time and efforts on it. 

 

I had planned my purchases based on expected 50%sale. Now, I will have to give up on MU plans to get the turrets and hulls I wanted. I am sure that every one would have a must have list and another nice to have list. 10% less discount means you need to give up only some nice to have items.

In the past year Tanki has diminished the ability to get crystals, and, making it far more expensive to play.

They are making it cheaper for me to play.  I have not spent any real money ever on this account, and they remove any reason for me to do so for any of my accounts.

It is not actually 10% - it's 15% when you do the math.

 

The difference in a 50% sale and a 40% sale means it costs me over 40,000 more crystals to do the upgrades I had planned on. That's 15% more crystals I have to use versus a 50% sale.
