Very disappointing compared to last year. Clearly Tanki is in financial trouble. They claim they will not spit in the faces of the players that got them to this point. I think it time to get out the face shield.

 

 

And yet again they hold a contest for FB users only. What about all the people that don't use FB? How are we to enter the contest? All contests should be open to all users. 

 

As for crystal discount, it could be 99% off and I still will not buy, not until you start to show that you care about this community. You can say you do but actions speak louder then words.

 

Funny how most of the upvotes are from staff. It most be in their contract to blindly agree to everything.

I would like to apologize to the moderators. I unintentionally included them in the "staff" above. I was referring to the admins that work directly with  the developers.  There are some really good mods here, that are willing to step up for the members of this community. As for the rest of what I said, I stand by my comments. However I want to clarify that I'm disappointed in the the reduction but no the sale as a whole.

Nothing gets a customer to spend more in your store than taking care of them well.

 

I would imagine quite a few players were willing to buy crystals based on the 50% sale.

 

I would also imagine quite a few of those won't be willing to do so now.

 

In my opinion (and based on my business experience) 50% of something is better than 100% of nothing.

 

Tanki needs people spending real money on crystals to survive - this is not in dispute - but - do you think the lower sale percentage is going to make you more money than offering 50% off and encouraging more people to spend? Are more people now going to buy crystals at 40% off than at 50% off? It's just not logical.

Actually, they haven't even made a decision on the "can I transfer my stuff to Unity version" bit yet. They're still playing around with a new economy system.

this is very unfair. Yesterday there was sale on turrets. But when i opened game , it ran out of server., that was for maintenance. So i wasn't able to get discount on turrets. very bad. all other high ranker now have more power in their turret. Not able to stand for 30 secs in front of them.

Only idiots think all big events are sales.. tbh the only 50% sale should be tanki's b day or new years or there should be none especially with all this whining i would cancel one of the sales serouisly or say we are canceling all sales and going back to the way it was orginally with NO Sales!

+The 25% crystal bonus covers the total amount of crystals after including the effect of double crystal card.

 

Normal= 100% crystals

 

Double Crystal Card= 200% crystals

 

DCC + 25% bonus= 200%+(200%×25%)= 250% crystals

 

I also got a DCC during the 25% crystal bonus…

I see what TO's doing here :p

 

But I ain't a buyer though…

Of course they haven't "Announced" it yet, because that would cause them to lose what income they're still making. However they haven't renounced it either, which leads me to believe that they're still considering it, and are heavily leaning toward not transferring.
