On a different subject, I wonder how XT Firebird and Thunder will look like.

Is it just the same old wings or will it be something different? Perhaps Fire XT can shoot a different color flame (throwback blue? :D)

To be honest I'd like to see XT Shaft for some odd reason. Maybe it's because I want to see what they'll do to the laser color or something I don't know.

I expect Tanki to give us progressively less and less.  Before they rolled out Daily Missions it was promised that the prize amounts would be larger than the daily gifts.  Now we get the same amount as the daily gifts in return for playing battles that are boring and/or for which we do not have the proper equipment.  This sort of disinformation is becoming a regular occurrence.

In the past year Tanki has diminished the ability to get crystals, and, making it far more expensive to play.

 

Witness:

 

1. No more crystal drops. The crystals were said to have been added to the battle fund, but, recently I and two teams ofo 10 proved this to be false.

2. No more daily gifts. You must now "earn" those rewards, and, they are often designed to force you to use supplies just to complete the misison.

3. Score caps on battles. This reduces battle length, thus, reducing battle fund growth.

4. Non-Russian buyers must pay higher rates of exchange for crystals.

5. Sales and discounts decreasing.

 

Every measure thrown in the game for one purpose only: to decrease crystals and increase the cost of playing.

Y'know, instead of just a sale which obviously didn't appeal to the vast majority, and a rank-up video contest, which is a NO THANK YOU, why not bring back some simpler challenges, etc.?

 

Such as remember those challenges we did before, such as taking screenshots of a number of those red boxes that we had to hunt for on maps, etc. etc. Or maybe some type of randomized quiz or whatever I don't know. Or have some other type of in-game event that could entice people to log on. . . .

 

Multiple (Much more than just 1 battle, cause then there is going to be no room when so many people want to join) in-game CTF/DM battles or something? Winning teams or players get a special reward or something.

I had enough for thunder m2 + viking m2, but because it is only 40% off, I don't have enough crystals, and what the heck ? 2000 gold boxes ? for only 1 day ? Seriously ? I also needed lots and lots of MU on hulls and turets, and now your telling me there is no sale at all ? I also intended to buy supplies, but no sale at all. Because of you now, I won't buy anything.

Loooll, once again I enjoy reading this topic. Let me just put this down: You guys have no right on 50% discounts at all. I think you're pretty lucky with 40%, it's quite a lot compared to 25% isn't it? 

 

Anyway, I see some people will leave a game over a 10% less discount (wait wut?  :blink: Reconsider how ridiculous that sounds). For those leaving... c ya tomorrow, thousands of people have tried to leave and thousands of people have returned.

AW AW AW, your comment hurt our feelings, i think you have to consider that most of players are young, so young, so when they say they will leave the game, they don't mean to, they just want higher sale, i know that it is not good for the game's economy to give two 50 % sales in 3 months, but you have no right to say"You guys have no right on 50% discounts at all" did we fail in exam or something so we don't deserve the reward at all !!!! :huh: :huh: Tanki always has nice mods and admins, Always :mellow:, but when i read the second part of your comment i felt like you are telling us ( go find a thick hard wall and hit your head on it), i don't need 50 % sale, but i remember when i needed, And yes, i can see that players are posting angry comments, but you should help the players, what would happen if you just said ( guys enjoy the sale , and if you don't like it  just wait ) this would be better :huh:

Surely that doesn't take much at all, right? Could be a fun way to get the community to interact with each other and staff, etc. etc. Instead of just making everyone angry and disappointed.

 

For me, TO currently lacks any point for me to play. I just log in . .. . enter random battles.  . .that's it. Getting boring especially with the fact that we might lose all progress if we want to switch to Unity, which is coming soon.

So events like those, especially if they can make those events last a while, can surely entice people to log on more I think. :ph34r:

TO i've been playing this game for 4,5 year and to tell you the truth this wasn't good idea i mean just 40% more and more players will leave tanki (especially no MU sale) just because of this. I don't say that 40% is nothing  but because of it i can't buy m3 thunder it kinda ruined my plans and not only my plans but also of other players too and it really doesn't make us happy i calculated everything and i don't know if i want to get m3 thunder i have to buy cheaper paint, but well good thing is that u guys added new xt stuff to the game so i am very happy about it 

 

Ps. i understand that TO is also a business after all... but idk what to say :D
