Some final thoughts and goodbye

any mid - long range map, just too easy.

So you limit the average player to mid-long range maps, correct? I (probably average player) cannot play a noise or a sandbox then!

my comment had nothing to do with the average player, nor did I want to address the average players.

But this game is crowded of average players. So ... was your comment directed to yourself (defining yourself a pro) or it was meaningless as 98% of users are "average". I mean, I am trying to figure out why you said that! Who is your "you"?

sure, the probability of this happening is quite small however, seeing how most people buy things because they think their garage will magically make them more skilled

just as much as your comments were irrelevant to mine

LOL again... words are easy and cheap. Don't mess with me, I 've got better things to do than answering irrelevant comments. Saludos

But it's a shame someone has to resign in order to say it, (cumulatively).

Well constructed negative feedback shouldn't be a taboo. It should be welcomed, acknowledged and addressed at all times by someone of higher standing in the game. The fact that none of these things happen in the forum just serves to reinforce TO's uncaring and disinterested persona.

This is soooo true..

Well, someone had to take the call. I appreciate your doing this. In fact, I myself don't play this game for fun anymore. I just play when I have nothing else to do. In my honest opinion, the deterioration of the game started when crystals boxes were removed. It was a bold and frankly, unnecessary move. They removed it to revert the side effect caused by their previous update.

The highly overpriced Micro Upgrades are also, IMO, not properly structured. (If MU'ing M0/1/2 is worthless, why do they even exist at all? I only MU my equipment to counter MU's of others. I do because I don't have a choice. That inspires the feeling of being forced to do something and takes all the fun out of that.)

Daily Missions feels like a joke now. They showed us the greener grass on the other side and then they stopped fertilising the grass. The rewards which I get from Daily Missions are not enough for a player with half as many exp points than me. 5× DA, 5× Nitro? They won't even last 15 minutes in a not-so-intense battle.

I could really go on, but I think I've made my point. For many players who have been playing since 2-3 years, this game just isn't worth it. But, they stick around because it's hard to let go of something you've enjoyed.

Couldn't agree more, that's exactly what I think, I too am one of those players who play this for 2-3 years, and I agree that the removal of crystals boxes was the main reason why so many players left this game. they were on sice the beggining of tanki, and then suddenly someone decides to remove them to reverse the previous update, which was a really bad idea ( if they left crystals boxes worthing 10 crystals maybe crystals boxes were still in the game ), and tanki would certainly have more players...

they said they removed crystal boxes based on feedback (Crystals Boxes were on from 2011 +- till 2014, but no one removed them in those years, and then they released that update and they were gone in 1 week ...)

Daily missions were nerfed completely, in my rank most of the times I get ridiculous missions (like earn 700 experience in battles /reward: 5 double power, 1 repair kit...seriously...? ) Only missions maybe worth it are gold boxes ones, XT ones (and i'm not sure, since what's the point of having XT if you have the m3 version already upgraded??) and the super ones, with rewards of 83k crystals and 63k crystals...

how does someone notice a buyer in the game? How do you know that someone has an m4 in the first place? How do you know that someone drugging can afford the drugs because of real money they've invested in the game and not because of crystals which have become very easy to earn these days?

To me it seems that those who are complaining, are just those that like blaming others for their poor performance. This is of course very typical in a game filled with proud as heck users, "I am always great and it is always not my fault". This entire concept has been summarized greately in this thread!

If you are an average player and want to be something else, then do what everyone else did, stop crying and start trying!

Ik that And Sorry for double posting. But This is a accurate portrait of Discrimination A mod does this and it will not be closed but If I did this it would? Why? Just because he was a good guy doesn't mean he can discard forum rules. Discrimination at least warn him MODS!

Update:

I am not trying to be mean I am just making a Good point! He is getting away with this just because of his stature in tanki!

Why warn someone who's already left?

And it's not that it'll never get closed, it's just open for a little longer, I daresay it'll get closed soon.

[name=kmpa" post="4994549" timestamp="1442215763]no matter how big of a buyer you are, you will never top someone who is skilled in XP/BP.

That's very true. And that's why, even though I had the garage to compete in regular games, XP was the only thing I played during my decline to exit.

But bear in mind that XP/BP is just one part of the game. It involves one weapon, and two hulls. Are you really gonna tell me skills will beat a buyer in a normal game?

how does someone notice a buyer in the game? How do you know that someone has an m4 in the first place? How do you know that someone drugging can afford the drugs because of real money they've invested in the game and not because of crystals which have become very easy to earn these days?

Just take a moment and think about it for a second. Are you really trying to tell me you can have a competitive garage (M4+) and afford to drug regularly and remain self-sufficient? Let's discount those players who spend hours and hours on this game per day, because the average player doesn't have time for that - they come online to relax and have fun.

From my own experience, I have been playing for over two years now. The amount I've earned as a moderator is in the millions. Yet I only have a handful of m4 gear. kmpa, you might be one of the players that can afford to spend so much time on this game, or your skill might be out-of-this-world! But this isn't a game just for the very skilled. The average player won't enjoy the game if they can't compete.

To me it seems that those who are complaining, are just those that like blaming others for their poor performance. This is of course very typical in a game filled with proud as heck users, "I am always great and it is always not my fault". This entire concept has been summarized greately in this thread!

I'm curious to find out where you got these impressions from. None of us are blaming anyone, we've made it very clear that we are in full support of the game! Otherwise we wouldn't be here putting forward our concerns for a better future!

The only "proud as heck" user I can see here is you. As you've said, you're not "the average player", and you can afford to compete in the highest level without buying. We should all "stop crying" and "start trying" indeed. We are all in awe.

Jokes aside, takes a lot of short-sightedness to not consider other opinions, as well as hinder constructive discussion through such a condescending tone. It's a shame my this will be my first, and last impression of you. I won't be replying.

If you are an average player and want to be something else, then do what everyone else did, stop crying and start trying!

If you are the average player, bear in mind that upon reaching Generalissimo you won't be able to compete without buying. As part of a (formerly) Takeover Team, if we join your game, and you don't buy, you lose, simple. Edited by Pathfinder

Guys, please don't go off-topic. Kirby sure didn't like Tanki, but I'm sure he wouldn't have wanted you to argue over his final message.

Correction, I love Tanki. I haven't played any game apart from it than maybe one or two in the last two years :) But I don't enjoy the game as it is right now, and the direction it has been taking recently.

Take it that way, it's all the same nowadays :P

What I really intended was to tell people not to argue over your leaving post.
