Maybe you should try selling these unique items to those willing to pay. It would help earn some desperately needed money without destroying game balance the way selling power does. These could be something only available for purchase to those who pay for a premium account.

I think is not fair that only genralismos can get XT hulls and turrets I mean I get it cause u have to be genralismo to get m3s but still its not fair

It's completely fair. XT's are special items, and quite rare ones at that. If they were available at lower ranks at the respective M0-M2 variants more people would go for them, and consequently more people are going to have them. Thus the XT's are no longer a prized item in the game.

The rank of Generalissimo is a special accomplishment just as much as XT's are special items.

You need to spend more. 300k is nothing. :P It costs about a million crystals to fully upgrade an M3 item.

 

They are working hard to create this beauty for you. You need to pay more, a lot more. That's the point after all.
