Forget about all the false information you've been told. The universe was created last Thursday. Everything else, including buildings, books, fossils, even your memories were apart of creation. Everything you remember about your past is  false and was created on your mind last Thursday, while you were unaware of it. Ready-made memories came as part of the universe. Things that appear old were created old. If you don't believe me, go ahead and prove me wrong. But, you can't, because it's impossible to do so. Not because the universe was actually created last Thursday, but because there is no way the past to be shown. I'm now saying that the universe was created last Thursday and I am unfalsifiable. Any evidence you bring to be may just be created last Thursday.

This isn't that complicated of a concept, guys...

 

Using the same line of logic, I could say that the universe began one second ago. I could even say it began a 100,000th of a second ago. Though debatable, one could claim that the universe was created an infinity-th of a second ago. 

 

However, Occam's Razor states: "Among competing hypotheses that predict equally well, the one with the fewest assumptions should be selected." This would obviously point to the fact that the universe-as-we-know-it began during the Big Bang. 

The simplest explanation is usually the truest. All the facts point toward the universe's birth during the big bang, even if it is logically possible that the Universe may have begun last Thursday. 

 

But even if the Universe did begin last Thursday, would it make any difference? Would it make anything that happened before Last Thursday less true? I would say not. But now we're debating the definition of existence.

This is just like the concept of Quantum Mechanics. One of the example is that: "When no one is looking at the moon, and when no optical or astronomical equipment is observing the moon, the moon is in the status of quantum limbo, randomness. It can be anywhere, and disappear at any time."

 

This is also irrefutable, because this holds true when nothing is observing it. Hence, you can't tell when the moon is really there or not, when nothing is observing it.

 

And no, observing whether the tide is high or low isn't the correct approach to determine if the moon is there, because you are indirectly observing the moon as well.

Ok. Another thought, a spin off of Last Thursday:

 

Everything is made out of tiny particles. Molecules, atoms, protons, quarks etc.

 

(and still they find even smaller particles, so the smallest particles we know now

IMO will be probably made of out of even smaller particles etc.)

 

Let 's assume we could make an exact 3D copy of how these tiny particles of our

complete house and it 's inhabitants are arranged: a "photo" of those particles.

 

This totally exact copy we put next to the already existing house.

 

To me it 's not that hard to imagine that the house, furniture etc. would be the same.

What about the living beings in the house? The body 's will be exact copys just like the

house: superb clones.

 

But let 's take our brain. Would an exact copy of our brain have the same thoughts, memories

and ideas as the original one?

Similar somewhat to a computer you shut down and start up and which continues with the

last saved task?

 

In other words is really everything just a result of how those tiny particles are arranged? :wacko:
