Easily. Everything has been created last Thursday. Your brain, the pain, the scratch, the memory of your pain, everything you ever felt, that holiday in Spain, your whole childhood, the grass in your garden, the computer you read this from etc.

 

So the Monday you were talking about and all the things you did that day, included cutting your arm and the pain you felt were also

The Big Bang theory hasn 't been proven also, still it 's widely accepted in the scientific community.

 

It will be till someone comes along with a better theory. It works a bit like democracy:

the majority of scientist decides in a natural way which theory is the most plausible.

The big bang is logical, and it can't be proved undefeated. Whereas, I can clearly show my childhood photo and show this theory is wrong. And a theory which isn't proved is a logic.
