Try clearing your cache

1) clear cache of current browser.

2) clear internet explorer cache (flash player saves data there).

3) install standalone flash player.

4) clear the cache and saved data once in a week.

If all fails you can reset your comp to factory settings ( I think, thats what my friend had to do once. ). Have anything you dont want to lose on a USB key ;)

1. Stop all downloads. Do not forget to close all torrent clients.

2. Add http://tankionline.com to the list of exclusions of your browser and firewall or temporarily disable them.

3. Clean Flash Shared Objects.

4. Clear your browser’s cache.
