Age Limit for Chat In-Game

My idea: Tankers should be at least 16 and have some form of ID, along with a SSC, and a birth certificate that they must send by P.O to Tanki headquarters in order to use the chat system in-game. 

 

Logic: This is a good idea. Imagine how much the maturity level will increase! Oh, the joy. Picture a Tanki without butt-hurt 12-year olds crying when you beat them in a Silence match :v

 

It will take up to two weeks for your ID forms to go through, and there is a chance Seymon will steal your identity, but if you love the game enough then it will be worth it.

Are you serious? This system is way too fallible! Millions of tankers would go to great lengths to spoof IDs and fool poor Semyon. They need to get over to Perm, Russia for a thorough physical examination (conducted by Semyon that attractive German community manager) ensuring that they are indeed above 16 years old.

Sorry, but this system cannot possibly work for an online game. Chat is a very important part of the game and it plays a great role in communication and interaction between players. Enforcing such strict rules is not only physically impossible (as explained above), but would have huge negative impact on the game as people would not like to play a game with no chat.
