What is the difference between impact and penetrating power on Rail Gun?

Impact power is the force your shot exerts on other tanks. In other word it's how much your shots will "push" other tanks and make them turn/flip/tilt etc. The higher your impact, the more likely you will be to flip your opponent or knock his aim off, making him miss or crash into walls.

Penetrating power is the amount of damage Railgun deals to the next tank, after already going through one. As you probably know - Railgun can shoot multiple tanks if they are standing in one line. However, with lower Railgun grades the penetrating power is low, so the first tank will receive full damage, but the second one will get only a bit of damage and the third will get even less. If you upgrade your penetrating power, it means that the second, third, fourth (and so on) tanks will get more damage from your shot. The initial damage does not increase.
