Sorry, seemed like a great idea at first, but down-voted as I couldn't buy a lower modification of Firebird on an alt account just to try it out.

 

Not having to buy a previous modification is great, not being allowed to buy a previous modification is not so great.

Yeah. Not being allowed to buy lower modifications you now need to get enough crystals before you pass the level of next modification and the amount of needed crystals rises. Maybe it will in fact make more players buy crystals though big spenders who want to buy everything will now need less crystals in total. There will still be lots of players, though, who never buy and may rather leave if they get too low in power.

Guys , i have got all turrets M1 + firebird M2 . I also have all hulls M1. After reading about the new discount update, i was super super super happy, and was expecting a 30% discount on all the m2 turrets , and m2 hulls, but sadly :'(( , there were no discounts , none at all.
iam very very sad, If i don't get the the discounts , having all the hulls M1 and all turrets M1 , would be a waste. Guys , is this a glitch , helpdesk team , please help me. I am super sad right now. Guys i promise that iam not lying to you. Iam very serious about this matter. I have come seeking for  help.

My take on this: 

It's nice, but it seems like it's buggy. For example, some of my M0 hulls can be upgraded to M1 at a 10% discount, while others can't.

it seems like you only get discount on hulls or turrets which is higher than your rank  .

wasp and mammoth are not available for you now you need to rank up to get them but hunter you can get now also twins you can't get it now but the other you can .

Ok, so where is our refund? I've bought a ton of equipment M1 to M3 on the same day just so I could have it, and now some guy with M0 will be able to have the same as me for half the price? Does this all seem fair to You, tanki?

You are now encouraging tankers to have bad garage at the time they reach high ranks, because only then will they be able to get all the equipment they want at bargain prices, while those, who have played the game for quite some time now, with all their effort and heart, will have to deal with unfairness throughout the following time of the game.

Now, the product kits. You thought we wouldn't notice. Just because people aren't writing about them, doesn't mean they don't care. It's just that You never listen. The kits are overpowered, AGAIN. You told us that the kits would be fair, You told us You'd tell us when the new ones would come out, so we would have the chance to discuss them, tell You what's right and what's wrong. You never did. You're introducing new overpowered kits time and time again, so the lower ranked players would lose hope, and either quit the game, or start buying. Why do You care so much about the money? What's with it that makes You destroy the community's faith in You?

Of course, a lot of people think the idea is *awesome* and they'll get the equipment they wanted for way less than expected. Good for them. But the current high ranked tankers, mainly generalissimos, will see no good in this update, since they've been working their way up the ranks and modifications, just so they could compete against others. That being said, their garages are filled with M2's, which they apparently didn't even need, and which they wanted to get to M3.

Bottom line is that it's not fair, but with all the support You're getting from the lower ranked players, and people with undeveloped garages, there is no way You'll look into it for just one more time.

Interesting that Tanki are still trying to find ways to get us to spend on Flash without confirming our garages will be transferred into Unity.

 

I wouldn't rush to spend real money on a strong garage until confirmation. Wait until you see both versions of the game before spending £$€

Lol, no it's not because Wasp and Mammoth are not available for me. They're the only ones I get discounts on M1 version, and the others don't get a discount because I can get them M2, but don't have enough M2s for a discount.
