I need help getting an old account back!

I'm trying to get my old account back, but I got a few problems, I can't remember my password and my email I used for it is hacked. Here are some info for those of the admin who have access to getting accounts back for other people.

 

Nickname: thetanker7                      (Don't judge me)

Invite to game: Mmmmm, I can't remember so I'm gonna say no mo no

Use of banner (I mean what is that surposed to be?): No mo No

 

 

 

So does anyone know the solution or do I need an admin to help me get my account info so I can get back in.

Even more good news! << (Sarcasm alert) I can't figure out how to email the help people! I swear I am stupid, well it has been like 3 years since I played this so, when I (and if I) get my old account back, I should have about over 100,000 crystals, that is if I'm lucky.

Yes but its secretly my mothers 'cause at the time I didn't have my own email account. It is already hacked so don't bother cut the email I used for it (which was my mothers) was tylermum@aol.com

2 more things, I never said my Tanki Account was banned or hacked, I said the email was and how can I exactly create a new gmail account and then change the email for my lost account when I already told you, I FORGOT THE PASSWORD!!!!!!

Firstly, if you do not have an email account currently then please do create one. You can create an Email on Gmail, Yahoo or outlook(Microsoft). Here's the Gmail signup.

 

Now, once your account is made you need to compose a new Email and address it to help@tankionline.com. Simple click "Compose"(I'm sure you can find it easily) and put help@tankionline.com in the "To: " area.

 

Explain your issue legibly, and give as much detail of your previous account as possible.

I found out that I am so stupid, that I forgot the nickname, not the password but whats even more stupid, is when I was putting in the wrong nickname, it still came up with "The password is incorrect" so, talking basic here, I got my old account back.

If you lost your nickname but not the password or Email:

Contact help@tankionline.com by the email linked to that account and explain your issue in as much detail as possible.

 

If you lost your password & email but have the nickname:

Create a new Email on any host and compose a message to help@tankionline.com and explain the issue in detail.

 

If you've lost it all:

Contact help@tankionline.com with a new email.

 

You see, all possible solutions are in the hands of help@tankionline.com not us in the forum.
