This is a known problem, and if you are experiencing a error message saying connection closed just after you log-in then do the following.

 

1) Clean your browser's Cookies, If you don't delete your cache or history it doesn't matter, the problem is being caused by the Cookies.

 

2) Delete your Flash Cache and Cookies by using the following link

When that page fully loads you will see a button named Delete all Sites. Click it then click confirm and now, Try to log in again. If there is still a Problem kindly contact help@tankionline.com

I've got this problem aswell, I have tried erasing the cookies, and a bunch of other things i had found. It all started about 3 days ago, whenever I logged in the game, joined server a horrid amount of lag followed. Still not able to play, anyone got any other suggestions?

 

Now, whenever I log in, it spits out that error in the time between logging in and joining a server.

I don't know but how long does it take to actually get on a battle, it takes like 20mins and then i just try and restart by logging back in. HELP PLEASE

before today, mine was fine. now today it will load one bar for like 10 minutes (instead of 100 for <1sec each), then it will just say "connection to c1.tankionline.com failed". so then i went on forums, read this thread and reset my cookies, but it still won't work.

wow i started this over a month ago i think and its still going??? wow. sorry its off topic. but it seems like a lot of ppl are having problems. mods tell u ppl how to fix it and u still think it is their problem that your computer doesnt work. do everything they say and it will work right. ok so ppl some ppl are doing wat mods say and it works for them

Maybe your ISP has poor peering with tankionline's ISP or other network issues?

During peak hours crowed servers can be somewhat sluggish.

 

Restart flash-plugin before you play tanki, restart it once in a while if you play long sessions.

Yeah, sure, its always EVERYONE else's ISP, not Tanki Online, right? :roll: This has been an issue for a long time, and from many many different places, ISP's, so.... more likely a load problem on servers.

Yes, they are overloaded and don't seem to scale well at all.

you have to think if tanki has that many players then wouldnt they always make sure that there isp is always working???? so if you think about it it is most posibly yours
