valid Highlighted Battle Listings

Here's another one of my stupid suggestions! :lol:

How about paid Highlighted Battle Listings in the battle list?

Actually I have suggested it before in my highly unpopular suggestions for Unity TO as a feature available to premium users, but it can also be implemented in this version of the game.


What is a Highlighted Battle Listing?

It's a player-created battle that gets extra exposure on the battle list for a specific period of time (the Highlight Duration), the listing will have these properties:

1. Highlighted background: the battle listing will have a special background color to distinguish it from standard (non-highlighted) battle listings.

2. Pinned: Highlighted listings will be pinned on the battle list above standard listings.

3. Custom name: the player will be able to enter a custom name for the battle, which will be displayed after the map's name and mode.

Examples:

Madness CTF - Play with noob mult PuncherTank!
Monte Carlo CTF - Beat loser MAFlOS0!
Ping-Pong CP - Set Semyon's ponytail on fire!
Rio TDM - See RustyNail suck candy balls!

The listing will keep its highlighted background and will remain pinned above standard listings until the Highlight Duration expires. After that it will be displayed as a standard listing but it will keep its custom name until it gets removed from the battle list.

How will it work?

When creating a new battle (either PRO or non-PRO) players will have an extra option to highlight the listing, there will be three highlighting options:

H1
Highlight Duration: 15 min. Cost: 1000 crystals.

H2
Highlight Duration: 30 min. Cost: 2000 crystals.

H3
Highlight Duration: 60 min. Cost: 3500 crystals.

What's the point of this?

Nothing, just like my other pointless suggestions! On a side note, it can help the game generate extra revenue without affecting gameplay.

This would be a cool feature to grant to premium users, but there must be certain limits to prevent having too many highlighted battles in the list, which would make the option less effective. Maybe even premium players should have to pay something for it.

This would be cool, unless Premium players are given this option for free, amount of 'premium' battles will be too high. And a player like me, makes a battle and no one joins, why? People have to scroll down to hell to find my battle, lol.

Naming battles again?  No way.  Custom player chosen battle names were very problematic with profanity and abuse.

And no battle created by the damned and having a name so wicked that the devil himself would be mortified to utter could possibly be handled in a deterring manner, therefore there couldn't possibly be means to implement this in a productive way. Is that what you're telling me?

Why certainly, as when the damned attempted this wicked, menial task of lowering themself to a specific position often referred to as evil, even the devil himself would be too mortified to utter these detestable syllables, whilst being in a state of unquestionable damnation, resulting in a deprivation of souls willling to counter the truly destructive words, hereby entered as the title for the battle, which may or may not contain the damned soul who shamelessly chortles at the misfortune of the unfortunate citizens, who must deal with the reprehensible sentence, although then being unable to, as they see the true horror within.
