Enforcement of Bans!

Hey guys,I am sure you guys know that there are some people who just can't stop spamming/swearing and even if those people get banned forever they will simply make a new account and continue spamming/swearing...which kinda sucks so my idea is that the guy who gets banned will also be FINED in which a certain amount/percentage of crystals will be deducted from the person's account (5 min bans do not count).But I really don't know the suitable amount/percentage for crystal deduction which will be suitable for each ban.Maybe each type of ban and duration of ban could be used to calculate the fine for the ban.I know that this idea could be pointless against buyers for obvious reasons but lets not forget that the buyer get banned for a certain duration of time ;).Feel free to comment below.

Simply, if you have created another account, you'll have to rank-up to the 3th rank ( Gefreiter ) , and when you'll be able to use the Chat , and you'll broke the rules again, you'll simply get banned again, and if the Mod knew that you are using other accounts to break the game rules you'll get banned maybe betwenn 1 MONTH and 6 MONTHS . So, who can keep waisting his Time to creat a new account , and keep playing to rank-up then get banned after all that .

believe me , you can ask any one about that . No one can waist his time ( maybe 30 minutes ) to create a new account, then keep playing in order to rank-up to the right rank for Chatting, then he will just start flooding when he already know that he can get banned !

I don't like this idea because I lagg a lot so I have been banned for 5 minutes and for an hour then a whole day! This is what happens I am lagging so I say on man I lagging... Then after a while of not spawning I will say why am I not spawning.... then This is taking forever!! Then it all gets connected to server at the same time and BOOOM I am now banned for nothing! TANKI! But anyway Bad Idea people like me would suffer,..

Idk I wouldn't do It but I know of some people who Spend like hours before hand then go on  A spamming rampage...

You do know that people have alts right? Also please tell me what is wrong with the topic.You only told me that people are not likely to make new accounts to continue spamming/swearing and that is insufficient reason for why this idea should not be accepted.

Tanki doesn't ban people for lagging and if you think you have been banned for no apparent reason or injustice has been inflicted upon you can contact admins for help.

Chat violations also should fined by longer banns. The players never learn.

I suggested the same idea a few months back. I believed (still do) that leveling fines on top of the chat ban would have  a far greater effect because having crystals taken would effect the player game play.

 

Chat mods do take away crystals for more serious offenses, but I think there should should be a  well define non-discretionary and mandatory fine for all offenses, with the fines levied according to the seriousness of the offense.

 

But not many took to the idea, and the thread quickly died.

What Is intolerable  to me is whinning little snitches that get me chat banned because they are a little babys who are offended over a little cursing.

There are some users which follow the Rules, and some others that do not follow them. If you get reported for breaking the Rules it's your fault for violating them, you must not be hostile to users that reported you since what they did was needed to stop you from breaking the Rules.
