By looking the pic which I captured, what do you think? Have I got the gold box? No, I didn`t. I don`t know how that happened? Can you please explain me. Looks like some was hacking it.

This happens due to lag.

Your connection time and server time didn't match at the right moment..

Thus, for you, it appears that you are touching the gold, but in actual, at the servers, you are far from the gold and haven't touched it...

Hence, you can not get the gold.

 

If you still think that you were not lagging, and then also you didn't got the gold, then send an email to help@tankionline.com with the pic attached to it...explain them your situation and what happened.

They will be able to tell you what happened at that moment exactly...

This happen due to bad Internet connection, and you were lagging. The tech support would only refund if it's tanki online servers fault. If it's your Internet connection fault then they won't refund you, but if you want you can still try asking the tech support help@tankionline.com for the refund and see what they say. Make sure you give them proof.

Here..I am not asking for any refund or anything but this is really not good. Even if it is lag than there needs to have some kind of fix as this happens a lot like on every server. I have the best internet service which I can have at home in US but still I will check with them as well.

But try to find some kind solution for this problem..
