i can not write on main chat screen

i can not write on main chat screen for 720 minutes!!!!!!! although i am not banned and i still can write at battle chat 

 

i need explanation for that please.  :huh:

i did not do anything wrong , and if i got banned where is the ban on the chat screen ??????? and how i  could write on forum . soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo weird

yes i hit enter after i  write, i tried only to change server, went to battle, and opened new window, i will try now to sign out and sign in again

thanks for help , yes i changed the time because my computer always delays one hour mistakely, i cleared cache and chahged the time, and it worked thx , but now i have wrong time  :D the chat sometimes diconnects too , i have to make reaload .
