glitch whenever I join a new battle

This happens every single time. Whenever I joined a battle, Although I can move, turn, and shoot, I can't deal any damage, nor pick up any supplies. This is only fixed when I self destruct. It is especially annoying because I personally had lost two gold box and trust me, it's really frustrating. And for those who were wondering, I have no issues of lag or freeze, my ping is average at 35 and ping at 120. Hence, does anyone know what is happening, and how to fix this issue permanently? This is a very common glitch that I believe happens to everyone from time to time.@Serene explains the problem as follows, but it is unclear if there are any direct fixes. I believe it would be best to simply self destruct when you discover this error has occurred.

Reasons: It's caused by false positive of anti-cheat system.

Possible solution: Unload all background software and processes/programs. Try to change the browser you are currently using for TO.
